Tips for Completing the Form

To complete your order form, you will need to fill in the Shipping Total for your order. To find out the Shipping Total for your order.

Add all items to your cart.
Click the "Checkout" button at the top of the page.
On the checkout page, write the total from the section labeled Estimated Shipping into the corresponding "Shipping Total" field on the order form.
