Standard Delivery Shipping Charges
Our low Standard Delivery shipping charges shown below are based on the total value of merchandise shipped to each address. Additional Delivery charges (shown below if applicable) are in addition to the Standard Delivery shipping charge.

Rush Delivery Shipping Charges
For an extra $12.95, Standard Delivery orders placed by noon CT will be delivered in 2 business days. For an extra $24.95, Standard Delivery orders placed by noon CT can be delivered to most destinations by the end of the following business day. Please note: Some oversized items may incur additional charges. Packaging and handling costs included. Items ordered together may not ship together. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will incur a $10 additional charge; for more details, please call 800.967.6696.
Delivery Outside the Contiguous U.S.
Standard Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will incur a $10 additional shipping fee; please allow 7-15 business days. Low Flat Rate Shipping on select Kitchen items
Good news. We’ve substantially reduced the shipping charges on higher priced Kitchen items including cookware sets, cutlery sets and machines. Now, instead of paying a percentage of the merchandise cost in shipping fees, there’s one lower flat rate to save you money.

Basic Freight Delivery Details
Shipping time is approximately 7–10 business days, Mon–Fri, daytime hours.
Deliveries are made to the door.
An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery.
Items shipped via Basic Freight Delivery are boxed and arrive at your door.
Once we process your purchase, we will send your order details and contact information to our freight carrier. You will then receive an email with a link to their website, allowing you to select your delivery date online. Our carrier will call 1–2 days before your delivery date to schedule an estimated time of delivery.
Please note: If you choose not to book your shipment online or if you purchased your item in-store, we will arrange your delivery over the phone.
Local In-Home Delivery Shipping Charge
Local In-Home flat rate shipping charges are for furniture deliveries to ZIP codes within 100 miles of our 35 coast-to-coast shipping points (per trip). See map below.

Local In-Home Delivery Details
In-stock merchandise is usually delivered within 5-10 business days, though some areas may take longer.
Service via dedicated delivery partners for customer addresses within our local delivery areas (locations near our stores or warehouses).
1-2 days before delivery, you will receive a call with a 3-hour delivery time frame.
Includes two-man service and placement in a room of your choice.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are shipped at international rates. Please contact us for a quote.
Long Distance In-Home Delivery Shipping Charge
The Long Distance In-Home Delivery charge is a flat rate (per trip) of $279 for unlimited furniture delivered to ZIP codes within the contiguous U.S. that are more than 100 miles from our 35 shipping points (see map below). Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are shipped at international rates; please call 800.967.6696 for a quote, or use our International Order Request.
Note: If you have items that are not shipping via Long Distance In-Home Delivery (i.e., Standard Delivery), Additional Delivery charges will apply. Additional charges may apply to special warehouse and residential circumstances, including remote locations not readily accessible; please call 800.967.6696 for details about your location.
Long Distance In-Home Delivery Details
Shipping time is approximately 2-4 weeks, though remote areas may take longer.
We partner with a professional shipping company for deliveries to customers outside our local delivery areas.
Our delivery partner will call 1-2 days before delivery with an estimated time of delivery.
Includes two-man service and placement in a room of your choice.
Gift Card Delivery Shipping Charges
Standard delivery is free of charge and should arrive within 3-7 days.
If you're in a hurry, 2-Day Express orders placed by noon CT will be delivered in 2 business days for $6.00. Next Day Air is also available to most destinations. Orders placed by noon CT will be delivered by the end of the following business day for $12.00.
Gift Card Delivery Details
Gift Cards may be shipped only to U.S. addresses via U.S. Postal Service.
Crate and Barrel Gift Cards may be redeemed online at crateandbarrel.com, cb2.com or landofnod.com. They may also be used at our Crate and Barrel stores, CB2 and The Land of Nod stores, or by phone for catalog orders.
Please note: We do not personalize Gift Cards with a recipient name. Each Gift Card is issued in the denomination indicated by the purchaser. You can enter a gift message free of charge during checkout.
