Returns and Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order. To return items shipped by Basic Freight or In-Home Delivery, please call Customer Service. An exchange, credit or refund will be issued for the item value and any taxes charged. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
