What is the return policy for Canadian/International orders?

We accept Canadian order returns via the same shipping courier of the original order. You will be credited for the product value and taxes, less return handling fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For more information, please call toll free within North America to 888.657.4108.

For all other international order returns, we accept returns through mail only. Please email the customer service representative you worked with during the initial shipment or internationalorders@crateandbarrel.com.

Please note: Products purchased at a U.S. Crate and Barrel store may not be returned to our stores in Canada.
