Can my order be delivered to Canada?
Yes. You may place an order by visiting our Yorkdale store or calling 888.657.4108 during store business hours.
Online orders to Canada are shipped via borderfree.com. Borderfree will quote a total price in Canadian dollars, including all duties, taxes, and shipping and handling charges. Go to www.borderfree.com to learn more about their services.

How do you ship to Canada?
Just add items to your order and click on “Canadian Check Out”. You will see your total landed price including all duties, taxes, shipping, and handling charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. You will pay our partner, Borderfree, and they will bill your credit card the total amount in Canadian dollars. Crate and Barrel will ensure the items are delivered to your door. Real-time exchange rates are applied to your orders. The rate charged to you is a guaranteed amount and will not change once you accept an order. To determine the exact price before you buy, simply add items to your order and check out through our “Canadian Check Out”. You will see the exact price for your order in Canadian dollars before you actually place the order.
How much duty is charged on Canadian orders?
Your duty rates depend on many factors (Product, country of manufacture, etc.). To determine the exact duty charges before you purchase, simply add items to your order and check out through our "Canadian Check Out". You will be able to see the exact duty charges prior to submitting the order.

What is the return policy for Canadian orders?
We accept website purchase returns by mail only. You will be credited for the product value and any related duties and taxes, less return handling fees for customs and brokerage if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: Canadian orders shipped through Borderfree or products purchased at a US Crate and Barrel store may not be returned to our Yorkdale store.
