You can choose between two shipping options when you use the Canadian Checkout button on our website:

When will I be billed?
For orders to Canada placed through Borderfree at crateandbarrel.com, your credit card will be billed once your order clears the Canadian border.
For all international orders, including orders to Canada that are not placed through Borderfree, your credit card will be billed once you accept the shipping quote.
What exchange rate is applied to my order?
Real-time exchange rates are applied to your international orders, including orders to Canada. The rate charged to you is a guaranteed amount and will not change once you accept an order.

Shipping and delivery charges depend on the total cost of merchandise and the destination of your order.

Please note that a brokerage and handling fee of $5.00 is added to all Canadian orders, and some heavy and bulky items may incur additional charges. What is the return policy for Canadian/International orders?
We accept website purchase returns by mail only. You will be credited for the product value and any related duties and taxes, less return handling fees for customs and brokerage, if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international order returns, except those shipped through Borderfree, please email the customer service representative you worked with during the initial shipment or internationalorders@crateandbarrel.com.
Please note: Canadian orders shipped through Borderfree or products purchased at a US Crate and Barrel store may not be returned to our Toronto store.
Can I redeem Gift Cards online for purchases shipping to Canada or other international destinations?
Currently, our system only supports online Gift Card redemptions for orders shipping within the United States. For Canadian and International Gift Card redemptions, contact us at 800.967.6696 or 630.369.4464. Canadian Gift Cards are accepted in our Toronto store only.
