Good news. We've substantially reduced the shipping charges on higher priced Kitchen items including cookware sets, cutlery sets and machines. Now, instead of paying a percentage of the merchandise cost in shipping fees, there's one lower flat rate to save you money.

Items shipped via Basic Freight Delivery are boxed and arrive at your door.

Local In-Home Delivery Shipping Charge
Local In-Home flat rate shipping charges are for furniture deliveries to ZIP codes within 100 miles of our 32 coast-to-coast shipping points (per trip). See map below.
Within 50 miles of our 32 shipping points:
- $59 for furniture orders up to $450
- $79 for unlimited furniture items
Within 50 to 100 miles of our 32 shipping points:
- $69 and up for furniture orders up to $450
- $109 and up for unlimited furniture items
Note: If you have items that are not shipping via Local In-Home Delivery (i.e., Standard Delivery), Additional Delivery charges will apply. Additional charges may apply to special warehouse and residential circumstances, including remote locations not readily accessible; please call 800.606.6462 for details about your location.
Local In-Home Delivery Details
In-stock merchandise is usually delivered within 5–10 business days, though some areas may take longer.
You will receive a call 1–2 days before your scheduled delivery date with an estimated time of delivery.
Most Furniture Collection items are delivered into your home, unpacked, and placed in the room of your choice; we will remove packing materials.
Deliveries are made by dedicated Crate and Barrel trucks.
Note: Stock Plus upholstery items are made-to-order and require extra production time. Once your Stock Plus furniture item is received in our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule delivery.

Long Distance In-Home Delivery Shipping Charge
The Long Distance In-Home Delivery charge is a flat rate (per trip) of $279 for unlimited Furniture Collection items delivered to ZIP codes within the continental U.S. that are more than 100 miles from our 32 shipping points (see map below). Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are shipped at international rates; please call 800.323.5461 for a quote.
Note: If you have items that are not shipping via Long Distance In-Home Delivery (i.e., Standard Delivery), Additional Delivery charges will apply. Additional charges may apply to special warehouse and residential circumstances, including remote locations not readily accessible; please call 800.606.6462 for details about your location.
Long Distance In-Home Delivery Details
Shipping time is 15–20 business days, though remote areas may take longer.
You will receive a call 1–2 days before your scheduled delivery date with an estimated time of delivery.
Most Furniture Collection items are delivered into your home, unpacked, and placed in the room of your choice; we will remove packing materials.
Deliveries are contracted out with a professional shipping company.
Note: Stock Plus upholstery items are made-to-order and require extra production time. Once your Stock Plus furniture item is received in our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule delivery.

Gift Card Delivery Shipping Charges
Standard delivery is free of charge and should arrive within 3-7 days.If you're in a hurry, 2-Day Express orders placed by noon CT will be delivered in 2 business days for $6.00. Next Day Air is also available to most destinations. Orders placed by noon CT will be delivered by the end of the following business day for $12.00.
Gift Card Delivery Details
* Gift Cards may be shipped only to U.S. addresses via U.S. Postal Service.
Crate and Barrel Gift Cards may be redeemed online and in our Crate and Barrel stores, or by phone for catalogue orders.
Please note: We do not personalize Crate and Barrel Gift Cards with a recipient name. Each Gift Card is issued in the denomination indicated by the purchaser. You can enter a gift message free of charge during checkout.
