Please note: We do not personalize Crate and Barrel Gift Cards with a recipient name. Each Gift Card is issued in the denomination indicated by the purchaser. You can enter a gift message free of charge during checkout.

Gift Cards, eGift Cards and Shop Cards purchased through online auction and classified ad sites may be counterfeit or have a zero dollar balance and can be canceled at any time if determined to be fraudulent. Shop cards will be void if bartered or sold.
Using paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits
Gift Cards, eGift Cards and Shop Cards can be used at checkout online, in our stores and with catalog phone orders. However, paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits may not be redeemed online. You can still use your paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits as a form of payment in our stores or by mailing them with your Catalog order.
Terms and Conditions
Crate and Barrel Gift Cards, eGift Cards and Shop Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at any Crate and Barrel store or outlet, CB2 or The Land of Nod stores; Crate and Barrel, CB2 or The Land of Nod catalogs; and crateandbarrel.com, cb2.com or landofnod.com. Gift Cards, eGift Cards and Shop Cards may not be used as payment on a Crate and Barrel Credit Card account. Purchases will be deducted from each card's balance until the value reaches zero dollars. Cards will be considered void if auctioned, bartered or sold. Cardholders may check their balances at crateandbarrel.com or call 877.477.4567. For Customer Service, call 800.606.6458. For your security, only registered cards will be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or destroyed. To replace a registered card, call 800.967.6696. We will freeze the remaining balance at that time and mail a replacement.
