Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good minimalistic desk I bought this a few months ago and I have enjoyed it; it's sturdy and I like the color of the finish. It's too heavy to easily move, which is a bit of a shame. I deduct one star because despite how sturdy it seems, when I use my printer (which is on the desk) the whole desk shakes, which is obnoxious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great table, but those assembly instructions... I got this chair about a month ago and assembled it today. So far I love the unit. As for the assembly instructions, I had to spend about 20 minutes looking for clues in the drawings on page 2 as to which piece might be which.Specifically, the clue in the drawing on the top half of page 2 seemed to be that two of the holes in the wood were facing one direction and two were facing the other direction--that's how I could tell that the two pieces to be placed on the floor were the ones were the black round things in them vs. the others. The clue in the drawing on the bottom half of page 2, as to which way the piece that had four sides should go, was that if I used it as the top of the table, then my table would only be about as high as a coffee table. (The drawings were not to scale...at all.) So even though it might make sense that it would be the top piece, in order for that heavy glass to have solid support, it wasn't.In other words, how about including a little text explanation with your drawings, manufacturer??! Good assembly instructions have both text directions and drawings. I did call the 800 # that C&B chat gave me. They seemed to understand the issue with the drawings, but in the end I had to figure out both issues myself.Still love, love, love Crate & Barrel though.
