Teresa Camozzi

Teresa Camozzi

United States

Mixed-media artist Teresa Camozzi employs a fascinating range of materials beyond the traditional, including encaustic wax, chiffon fabric, lightboxes, polyester resin and digital prints. Combining these elements in fascinating ways, she creates single works as well as large-scale installations that incorporate vivid color and rich texture.

In recent years, she has completed a number of ambitious site-specific installations, including a Texas library commission, a sculpture for a California women’s health center and an atrium piece for an Indianapolis hospital that uses ambient air currents to set digitally printed banners in motion. Camozzi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Academy of Art University and resides in Healdsburg, California.
