Barnes Antiqued Brass .75 48-88 Curtain Rod Set is rated 3.7143 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Traditional with a Modern Edge This curtain rod is absolutely perfect in my bedroom. I have an eclectic English traditional style but love adding slightly more modern touches throughout. This rod fit the bill perfectly. Great aged brass color and wonderful shape to the finials. Fully extended this could use a third bracket but seems to be holding up okay for now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice style and color. I really like the style of these rods. I agree with another customer in that this size rod should include a third bracket. I do not need a third bracket at this time so I was willing to overlook this. I purchased two rods in the 48'-88" size and received them in a timely fashion. One rod had a bent finial when removed from the package. I decided I liked the style enough to give it another try and exchanged the bent rod for a new one. The new rod also arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition. I am very happy with these curtain rods. Better quality control might make it easier for me to give this a better rating.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stylish I really like the style of these rods, and haven't seen anything comparable. However, two shortcomings: (1) the finials had some scratches and missing finish, but I can get around that by turning the damaged side to the wall, so, good enough, and (2) I bought the 44"-88" rod and am using it extended to ~86", and it could really use a third bracket (the rod only comes with two) because it sags noticeably. I sent an email to C&B two days ago about how I might procure a third bracket for each of my two rods, but am disappointed not to have heard back from them yet. The poor customer service about this purchase will make me wary about ordering from C&B again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely design and finish in the showroom The rod came in a package that was undamaged but the product inside was very damaged. The finials on both ends were badly scratched and bent. Someone had to know that when they packaged it. I am hoping the replacement is as seen in the showroom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Modern and Traditional My house is traditional colonial style but I wanted a curtain rod that was a little more stylish than the traditional ones sold at big home and bath decorating stores. The color of the antique brass is just as pictured and the finials are a modern twist. I paired the rod with Crate and Barrel Linen Sheer Curtain Panel in the color "Mustard". I love it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Looking But Lacking in Quality Great style, just the look I expected but the quality isn't as good as it should be - especially for the price. Parts wouldn't line up as straight as they should and a little plastic lip that keeps the rings sliding smoothly over the telescoping rods popped off with no pressure and couldn't be fixed. It will make me think twice about ordering from Crate and Barrel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice, but not quite as pictured These are less brass than pictured. They are almost dark brown, say in between that pictured and a typical oil rubbed bronze finish.
