great pillows
I love these feather-down pillows. They have the gentleness of down, yet offer great support. The outer fabric is sturdy, so no little feathers fly out. I also bought the pillow covers which are very well made. I am totally satisfied and plan to purchase more of these pillows for all the beds in the house.

Extremely squishy pillows
The down in these pillows is luxuriously squishy, which is great if that is what you're looking for. After sleeping on this pillow all night, there was still an indentation of my head in the down. I prefer a bit more spring in the down and less give than these pillows provide but is really more a matter of preference, just like a mattress. The pillow is great, just not quite as firm as I'd like.

Incredible value
I've had pillows that cost five times as much and weren't as comfortable. These were a pleasant surprise.

GREAT PILLOW
I WASN'T SURE WHEN I ORDERED IT WHETHER I WOULD LIKE THIS ITEM. I KNEW THOUGH RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX WHEN I REC'D IT THAT IT WAS FOR ME. I FIND IT TO BE THE BEST PILLOW I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. IT IS FIRM YET NOT HARD, AND I GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP EVERY NIGHT NOW.

Smells weird
After two days, we've determined the only way to describe the smell of these pillows is wet dog. We tried leaving them outside for a few hours, they still smell like wet dog. What happened here? C&B is usually more dependable than this. Now we are stuck with these smelly, albeit fluffy, pillows.

Great pillow for some, too hard for me.
These pillows are of excellent quality, however my husband and I found them too be to thick and firm for us_ we are side/stomach sleepers. We eventually ended up using them as sham pillows.
They are nice pillow and would be great if you prefer thicker, firmer pillows.

Probably better for most people
This pillow is a little too firm for me. I've had it for 9 months or so. Was good at first, but once it was broken-in and slightly compressed (after a month or so) it's definitely too firm for me. I kind of get headaches from it.
That said, I prefer a softer, squishy pillow. My perfect pillow is probably a bit softer than what most people like.
The pillow itself is well-made with a very soft but durable casing. I would recommend it for people who don't need soft pillows.

Very comfortable
These pillows are excellent. We bought 4 king-size for our bedroom and they are so comfortable and seem to hold up well after use. Very soft and yet supportive, we now wake up feeling a lot better rested!

it's a pillow
It's nice, fluffy, and moldable, but seems firm enough to last. I'm always happy with the quality of Crate and Barrel product. Shipped and arrived quickly.

Down is best.
I've never found any pillow nealy as comfortable as a genuine down pillow. They are so wonderful that I take mine along whenever I travel. Worth the price for sweet dreams.

Quality
This is a quality pillow. We ordered the king size and are very satisfied with this product and will easily recommend it to others. My husband prefers a firmer type pillow while I prefer a softer pillow. This pillow works well for both of us. As advertised it is woven and stitched well of which should stand up for a considerable amount of time.

Feather-Down Pillows - very good
They recover quickly after being squished and they do not convey distinct smell of feathers, which I had to experience with other brands products with feather.
