Just what I wanted!
I was wanting this duvet, and the recent sale encouraged me to finally buy it. I pretty much figured any duvet insert will work, but I was dismally disappointed. This one fits perfectly in my C&B duvet, and with the ties, it doesn't move around. It is warm and toasty, and I look forward to many years of enjoyment. I have not washed it yet, so I cannot comment on that. Because of previous reviews, I am hopeful that it will hold up well.

Perfect
I picked this up recently to use inside the Lucia Bedding. Both were on sale, which was great. This sort of thing can be picked up for less somewhere else but is not as lofty and doesn't have the good loops that connect well to the ties inside the duvet.
We've had it a week. It's the perfect weight for us; our previous comforter was heavy and too warm, even in winter. This seems like it will be great for Fall, Winter and Spring--might be a bit warm for Summer.
All in all we are very happy with our purchase and I highly recommend it to go into any of the Crate and Barrel Duvet Covers! Enjoy!

Perfect fit!
I bought a duvet cover from C&B, but my comforter left it sagging. I bought a cheap one at a discount store and ran into the same problem. When the bedding sale started, I decided to try it out. This one is perfect! I wasn't thrilled about the cost, but the fit was worth it.

Lightweight & Super Comfortable
Love this Duvet Insert! Bought it because I'm allergic to down. It feels just as soft, fluffy and comfortable as a down comforter. Super lightweight, yet it still keeps you VERY warm. This item is a little pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

Great Purchase
I bought this duvet almost a year ago and I love it just as much now as I did when I bought it. It's been washed many times and the stuffing inside hasn't gotten bunched together or lumpy. It still feels like it's brand new. I also love how warm it keeps me in the winter. I'm the kind of person who always feels cold, but with this duvet and a nice cover I stay toasty warm all night. I even use it in the summer without a duvet cover when I feel a little chilly. The only thing I would change is I would put more loops at the top of the duvet (and more ties on the inside of my duvet cover) to keep the duvet in place inside it's cover.

Perfect!
I totally love this duvet insert, perfect weight and not to hot. I haven't wash it yet but im sure it will keep it shape just by seeing how well made it is.

Soft, cozy, but too hot for Texas
In the past, my husband has not been able to sleep under down comforters - he gets WAY too hot. Doesn't help with the summer TX weather, but we even turn our A/C down low at night. After using quilts the past few years, I finally decided to give the down comforter another try. I picked the alternative because it seems to be lighter than the traditional down. I also didn't buy a duvet cover because that would only add layers. When I received it in the mail, it felt really lightweight and soft, so I was anxious to try it out. Unfortunately, my husband still gets extremely hot so I am unable to use this on a regular basis. I still like it for naps when he's not around! It makes you feel so cozy! I'm hoping we will get some use out of it in the winter. I will say that this comforter seemed to be the best quality out of the 3 I have purchased in the past. It is a teeny bit loud when you move the covers around.

Great duvet insert
Very warm, washes well if you have a front-loader washing machine, works great with c&b duvet covers.

Glorious.
I absolutely love this duvet insert. It fills our C&B duvet perfectly. It's not too heavy, and is very comfortable in the summer (I'm sure it will be great in the winter, too!). It has loops on each corner so you can tie it to the corners of the duvet, too. That way it doesn't slide around and bunch up at one end of the duvet. I never want to get out of bed anymore now that we have this duvet.

Fits my Sakura duvet cover better than
my down comforter, which apparently
was a different queen size. This
insert is slightly heavier than down,
but just as warm and does not slide

A Great Product
This is the second duvet insert I purchased from Crate & Barrel. When I needed to buy another one, I bought the same one - since I loved the first one so much. It is a great size and fills the duvet covers perfectly. A friend of mine thought for sure they sent me the wrong one since it felt like real down. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Down Alternative Duvet
Nicely made. Plump and fills the entire duvet, unlike most skimpy fillers. Detailed nicely. I would recommend this product.
