Loops unloop!
I purchased this rug about a year and a half ago for my family room but it already looks very old! Even though there is not much traffic through the family room, the minimal traffic has still led to loops that have come undone and stick out. The natural color and extremely cushiony feel have kept me from changing the rug out but the loops make it look extremely worn and messy. I'm very tempted to cut the loops... and just may resort to it sooner than later.

Great rug
I purchased this rug online, after being at the store. I knew as soon as I saw it,it would match my navy leather sofa. Pictures online don't do it justice and are often misleading. When I went to order it I found it was available in 2 other colors, navy being another choice. I phoned the store where I had viewed the rug and informed me that I had been looking at the navy version, so I went ahead and ordered. Wrong color! Customer service handled the situation wonderfully and arranged the pick up and delivery of new rug in timely fashion! This rug is substantial and dense which feels luxurious barefoot!! I go for 2 weeks without vacuuming and it never looks dirty thanks to the heathered color!! My grandkids love to play on it! Thanks Crate and Barrel

great!
We love the varied colors in this rug! It was very helpful to first purchase a sample so we knew exactly what to expect. It accents our paint and natural hard wood floor very nicely, tying everything in the room together. Very soft & comfortable under our feet with the pad. Thank you Crate and Barrel!

Love it!
We just bought this rug fur our living room. It is really nice and feels incredible. It looks a lot lighter on the picture. The rug has hints of blue and and green mixed with ivory tones. It works really well with the colors of our furniture. Cant wait for it to be delivered.

Makes the space!
The color first drew us to look at this rug. Then we felt it and knew that it would feel great under bare feet. This rug finishes the space and has received nothing but rave comments on how good it looks in the space.

Great Area Rug
This was the perfect area rug for my living room. Its plush and looks a lot more expensive in person than on the site.
I have to agree with past reviews that the colors isn't represented well on the site - it have more green/blue/gray fiber in some areas of the cream rug. However, my room also has those colors in it so it worked out perfectly for me. Great purchase, glad I bought it.

i have posted a few messages on this website - most negative. I don't have any beef with crate and barrel or their products, in fact I own many. However, buyers need to be informed that the pictures look VERY different than the product that arrives (i work with photo quality NEC monitors, so its definitely not just my monitor). In particular the barker rug - let me explain what qualifies as "Natural" as described for this item. Zoom in on this product and imagine it as several shades darker. Im not sure how to describe the color as the grays and medium browns are mixed together overpowerinjg the creamish color that is presented in the picture. Not an attractive looking rug at all, unfortunately.

Rug Has Exceeded My Expectations
I was a bit concerned about ordering this rug online, but it has exceeded my expectations. The rug is well made, has a soft feel, and the heathered colors are beautiful. Also the "shedding" is not bad nor unmanageable. I am very happy with this rug and I highly recommend it.
