Beautiful rug!
This rug looks SO much better in person. It's shades of gray, give it a very luxe look! It is also so soft!! I bought two, for different spaces.

Unbelievable rug
This rug has style, durability, and plush comfort. When we bought it, I was debating going elsewhere for something cheaper. Now I can't imagine having anything else. This rug just makes you want to be barefoot on it, it's so soft and plush. It doesn't shed at all and still looks brand new after a year of heavy use.

I love this rug!
I have this rug in my family room. It "warmed" up the entire room. It is great quality. The color is exactly as pictured. It is so dense, so comfortable under foot. I highly recommend this rug.

Great, even a year later!
I purchased two of the Memphis rugs and a year later they still look the same! With a shag, I thought they might wear down- but they did not at all! My dog loves to relax on it (sometimes he won't budge beyond the edge of the rug), and my daughter loves to watch TV laying on the rug vs. the couch!
I actually purchased a third memphis rug, but was sent a different type of rug by mistake. I kept it anyway and it has not been very good at all. I kept waiting for the fuzz balls to stop-- but a year later it just seems to get worse. I just called Crate and Barrel (a year later) and they are allowing me to return this rug in exchange for another Memphis rug. I was pleasantly surprised with that!

Beautiful Rug
I purchased this rug for use in the living room, and am very happy with it. The color is a bit more blue than expected, but a nice dark navy with flecks of silvery-grey. It is gorgeous when light streams in the window! Nice and soft underfoot, and after 9 months, it is still holding it's structure (the "shag" does not get worn down). Very happy with the purchase, and would recommend it to others.

Love this rug!
We replaced an old worn carpet in my office/dressing room/sunroom. This rug is so nice and thick and luscious my daughter did "carpet angels" on it when we first put it down. It doesn't shed and it makes the room so cozy and also looke sophisticated! You won't be disappointed!

Very nice!
I gave this four stars because I thought the color was a bit off from the picture. To me, it looks to have "black" in it. It is a very dark rug. It could look darker too because in my living room, I have dark chocolate brown leather couches and medium tone wood floors. Overall, I really do like the rug though. As others have said, it's very soft and plush and easy to clean. My 2-yr old son instantly loved playing on this rug! I think I'll enjoy it for years to come. Would recommend.
Fortunately, this rug happened to be in stock at my local store, so I didn't have to pay for shipping, which was nice!
Very nice rug for the price, too. The rug does slide easily on wood floors if nothing is sitting on top of it (like a couch). So you will need a rug pad.

Love This Rug
This rug is fabulous. It's like walking on clouds... so beautiful too. Very plush, very easy to clean. Looks great on any floor - picture shown is identical. Perfect rug - and well worth the price.

Love it!
The Memphis Steel Rug is beautiful. The picture doesn't show the deep charcoal color with silver highlight effects throughout. I have wood floors, and now I enjoy sitting on the floor at times. Very pleased with my purchase.

love the rug but color different from picture
First, this is an awesome rug. So soft and plush and gorgeous. I use it with the Eco plus rug pad. The one thing to be aware of, which isn't really a negative to us, is that the color looks a bit more gray online. In our living room, it actually has a bit more steel blue in it, which has turned out to be a welcome bit of color in our otherwise very neutral room. It brings out the other blue accents we have in our pillows & candles. So soft, no shedding that i can see, and is a great finishing touch to our room. I probably would have leaned towards the stone color if I didn't have 2 kids a dog & 2 cats, but the dark color is safer and I do love it. They should make this in more colors, it's a really great product.

Best used while barefoot!
I love the Memphis rug! I love how shag rugs look and how they're soft, but my co-worker warned me about the shedding. This rug barely sheds, is super soft (probably softer than wool?), and has a great color. I got it a few years ago in the silvery-gray color, and there's just a tiny bit of metallic color that makes it look interesting. I am moving apartments right now, and I wish I had bought a bigger rug before! I am planning to buy some for the new apartment, however!

LUSH ELEGANT LOOK
This rug is perfect....gorgeous charcoal color and very luxurious. Soft....my beloved dog's new favorite spot! Am buying at least one more. Color and look works very well in my "old world meets modern" style.
