Do not buy this rug
Wanted rug but wouldn't buy at original price. It went on sale for $100 less and I bought it. After less than 1 week I noticed white specks under where my husband sits. Thought it was crumbs until I vacuumed and the specks didn't go away. Found that the loops of yarn are coming loose and the ends are sticking up. and are lighter than the rest of the rug. Can't wait to see what this would like after a few months. It is not an easy thing to return a 6 X 9 rug so now I left with the dilemna of what to do with this expensive eyesore..

Gorgeous, beware of color
This is a spectacular rug. However, the color does not read taupe in my room. It has a definite green undertone. I wanted the rug for my great room which is painted greige with brown/grey linen tweed sofa, taupe chairs, brown leather ottoman. Warm neutrals. I have a sage green sectional in my loft, when I took a pillow from the couch and placed in on the rug, it matched perfectly. I was so hopeful, bu It does not match or blend with taupe/brown/grey...it's going back.
