Great lamp - but good luck finding the bulb...
I would give it 5 Stars for aesthetics - the practicality of this lamp is lacking. Replacement bulbs are VERY hard to find as the lamp requires a very specialized small scale compact fluorescent bulb with an even smaller (and rarer) E12 base socket. A little digging online has lead to the conclusion that replacement bulbs from various specialty bulb websites are on average $15 each with 3-4 week delivery timeframes.

nice lamp
This lamp is very solid. It is on the smaller side but we have in the guest bedroom and it's fine. As another reviewer mentioned it is heavy making it hard to tip over. Of course, I would assume that's because the shade is made of glass ! It's pretty when turned on and the light is coming through the glass.

Great
Love this light with it button on the base and two settings.

Worth every penny
These lamps are stylish, solidly well made and have clean lines. The glass shade is nice and provides just the right amount of light at 2 light levels at the click of switch on the lamps base. I see these lasting for years
The size of the lamp was important to me, and may not be big enough in a large scale room setting with large furniture.

Great lamps
I have two of these in my room and they are nice lamps =) I like that they are simple looking yet sleek. I also like that the base is heavy so you don't have to worry about knocking the lamp over.

Slightly Disappointed
I purchased two of these lamps--one for each file cabinet. I was a little disappointed because the shades were slightly different colors--not a perfect match.

Extremely satisified.
I bought two of these and put them in the guest bedroom. They go very well with the decor and I espeically like the switch. The switch is conveniently located on the base so that one doesn't need to search for it under the shade before sleep.

Bright Lights in the City
I LOVE this lamp. It is simple and compact (like the Incognito Compact Office), yet it functions very well. I turn off the other lights and turn this desk lamp on to work without disturbing the other people at home. A very nice lamp indeed.

The perfect stylish desk lamp!
My husband and I were having a difficult time finding a desk lamp that we both agreed on for our newly revamped office space...he wanted a classic desk lamp and I wanted something more contemporary and stylish. This lamp suits both of our tastes perfectly! It is the ideal size for a smaller desk and gives off an excellent amount of light. The quality is terrific and it is very reasonably priced. We highly recommend it!

We bought two lamps to complement our Jackson nightstands and they look great. They are simple yet sophisticated. Excellent quality for the price. Love them!

Smart-looking lamp, great quality
We bought two of these as reading lamps for our living room. The dual light setting is great, and I like that the on/off switch is on the base of the lamp--no fiddling under the lampshade. As well, the glass shade gives a nice weight to the lamp without making it look heavy. If you are looking for beautiful table lamps that are also functional, look no further!

Great bedside lamp
I had the hardest time finding modern looking lamps for my bedroom that were also practical. These are great because the turn on switch is a button on the base. A lot of other modern lamps that I've looked at (and used to have) had the switch on the cord. It was a pain to turn them off and on (and I actually broke one trying to do that). I also like that there is a dim and regular setting. So these look great - they are the perfect size - and are practical. I would highly recommend them.

great lamp!
i love this lamp - i bought 2 as bedside table lamps. the low/high light feature is great. the material is nice and i especially like the brushed metal & frosted glass look. it goes well with the decor in my bedroom. my only complaint is that the socket ring was missing for both lamps. however, that was quickly resolved as i called customer service and they promptly shipped two socket rings to me the next day.

Love these lamps
We bought two of them for our newly refurbished office. They're perfect. They give off enough light without being glaring, they're solid and well-made, and the light through the glass shade is beautiful.

Love the lamp
The quality of this lamp is excellent, very sturdy. If I had one complaint it would be that it does not take a standard light bulb, but if I had it to do over again that would not stop me from buying it. Thought the price made this lamp attainable as well. As I am slowly updating things in my house, more and more I find myself looking at and ordering from Crate and Barrel, and I have yet to be disappointed in anything. Wish there was a store in Nashville!!!

Quality lamp
This is a quality lamp. Base is very heavy, so it is stable on the night stand. The globe gives off a nice glow, and the high-low light setting is perfect for reading. After purchasing 2 of these lamps for each night stand, I removed the corner floor lamp from the room because the table lamps on high setting gave off enough light.

It's nice...
This lamp is perfect for a small accent in a room. I bought this online and thought it was going to be much bigger. Make sure you look at the measurements before purchasing. Also, it doesn't put out a ton of light. Overall, though, I am happy with the lamp.

Backwards Lighting
I loved this lamp and was so excited to buy one to use as a bedside lamp. I thought the 3-shade gradual lighting would help me read in bed while my husband slept. But the problem is you have to turn the lamp up to its brightest stage BEFORE turning it off - so, in the process of turning it off, I wake my husband every time. It would make much more sense if the lamp was at its brightest when first turned on and then clicked through to get less bright.
