Designer Rewards Program

Once eligibility is met, a 10% designer rewards discount may be applied to any merchandise purchased at a Crate and Barrel store in the United States. Rights are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed at Crate and Barrel Outlets, CB2 or Land of Nod stores or at crateandbarrel.com, cb2.com or landofnod.com.

Terms of Eligibility:

Accredited professional designers must present a Business Card indicating their design profession and one of the following:

• 1. Business License or Resale Certificate showing proof of a design-based business. Signed resale certificates are required for each state where tax exemption is sought.
• 2. Valid membership card from one of the following professional design organizations:
  • ASID (American Society of Interior Designers)
  • IIDA (International Interior Design Association)
  • AIA (American Institute of Architects)
  • IDS (Interior Design Society)
  • CID (Certified Interior Decorators International)
  • NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association)
  • APLD (Association of Professional Landscape Designers)
  • ASLA (American Society of Landscape Architects)
  • A staging organization such as ASP, HSR, IRIS or IRN

Terms and Conditions:

• The Designer’s name and address, or that of his or her Firm must be listed in the trade information at the store.
• The Designer, once approved, is the only person authorized to make purchases and must present his or her Crate and Barrel Designer Rewards card along with a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Each Designer must apply separately for membership by submitting individual qualifications.
• Qualifying Designers must sign a Letter of Agreement signifying their agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in this program’s letter of agreement and of this program generally (as such terms and conditions may be established by Crate and Barrel from time to time).

Canadian Eligibility:

• Once your application is approved in the United States, you may request a card for use in Canada.
• Canadian terms are the same as in the United States, with a few differences such as, for example, redemption locations.
• To request a Canadian card, email your name, your firm’s name, your Crate and Barrel U.S. Designer Rewards card number and business phone number to designerrewardsus@crateandbarrel.com and allow 2–4 weeks for processing..

Discount:

• Discount is applied at the point of sale on merchandise only. Gift Cards, services, shipping, taxes and fees are not eligible for the discount.
• The discount does not apply to any purchases made prior to enrollment in this program.
• Discount is not valid with any other offer.
• All purchases must be made through a Crate and Barrel store in the United States. Purchases from Crate and Barrel stores in Canada, at Crate and Barrel Outlet, CB2 or Land of Nod store locations, or at crateandbarrel.com, cb2.com or landofnod.com are not eligible for the discount.
• Purchases must be made and paid for by the approved designer. To make a purchase, you must present a Crate and Barrel Designer Rewards card along with a valid driver’s license or state ID. Designers must use their own credit card; credit cards of a designer’s clients will not be accepted.
• Merchandise eligible for the Designer Rewards discount is limited to merchandise available in the United States, including full-price, reduced-price and closeout items.
• The Designer will be responsible for payment of any and all taxes, service charges and other fees on the discounted amounts, in accordance with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Product returns are subject to the Crate and Barrel return policy and will be credited at the 10% discount rate.
• Crate and Barrel reserves the right to review and terminate a designer’s eligibility if the terms of our Designer Rewards Program agreement or our program generally are violated.

Crate and Barrel reserves the right to change, expand, contract or cancel any terms and conditions on which the Designer Rewards Program is conducted/or the attendant discount is provided, and to terminate such program and/or discount at any time. Such changes, expansion, contraction or cancellation may occur at the discretion of Crate and Barrel, even without prior notice to the designer.
