We love dessert
I love ice cream and this is perfect for it. Reading reviews, there was a suggestion to uses them for salad also. What a steal!

Delice plates
I ordered 13 Delice plates and none were broken during shipping. Two had spots in the glass that made them look like they weren't washed clean. I called Crate & Barrel and they sent out replacements immediately. Very excellent service! I served peach pie on them and they worked very well. I like the way they go up around the edge, that helps so melting ice cream doesn't go over the side onto the table. They are very attractive and I'm happy I picked them.

So elegant
I love these plates and bowls. They are so elegant with formal or casual desserts. I just throw them in the dishwasher and they come out nice a clear

These dishes are both beautiful and practical. I always get compliments on them when I use them for company. I love the slight lip, which helps a lot when serving desserts with ice cream or a sauce.

Dishes are an interesting looking and a great value, creating a lot of compliments at every meal. They mix with any other dishes, for all occasions. The light weight makes table settingand clearing easy.

durable and pretty
These plates are both beautiful and durable- so far has stood up to several dinner parties and family gatherings. They also look great with our dinner plates as salad plates. I would highly recommend these great plates.

Every one is unique!
We have half a dozen each of the dessert bowls and plates and we absolutely love them! They're pretty and complement anything served in them. They're versatile, too! Not only are they great for dessert and fruit but you could serve candies in them or get really creative like one reviewer says and place candles on them! Love them!! And they come out of the dishwasher looking great, too.

Just what I wanted
My husband purchased these dessert plates (and matching bowls) for me for my birthday this year. They were exactly what I was looking for. They allow for beautiful presentation of ANY dessert. I love the fact that they are unusual in their shape and design.
