Love, love, love!
Got these in lieu of wedding china....and so happy I did! Use them all the time with different accent pieces/napkins/placemats. They are heavy and sturdy but beautiful- love!

fun and functional
Got these for daughter's new household. Big enough for a multi-course holiday dinner or buffet. Stylish and versatile, easy to combine with other tablescape elements, and excellent durability. We may buy more because they seem to go the distance.

I was throwing a family dinner party for 22 people and planned on using plastics. The day before the party I decided not to use plastics and went to Crate & Barrel and purchased the whole set using these as the dinner plates. It made for an absolutely beautiful dinner party (picture included).

Great Plates
My husband and I got these as a wedding present along with the medium size plates. They are great plates that really stand out against a wood table. Their simplicity gives you a lot of room to implement pops of color in new ways.

great dishes

LOVE these plates
I bought these plates along with the medium and small sizes, and I just LOVE them. They are a great size and I love the simple, elegant look. One of my plates was broken when I received it, but Customer Service sent me a replacement VERY quickly and with little hassle.

modern, durable
These plates are extremely durable.
Rims are NOT thin-less chance for chipping.
They also fit in the dishwasher better than my old 11" round plates.

I highly recommend this plate! I bought samples of a few fantastic C&B's square plates to try them out on my family. Well, the verdict is in... These plates WIN hands down!!! My family consists of: Me (old-fashioned) - the creative, picky, try to be elegant / 2 extremely rugged men (tough, hardy-eaters) who love sauces, gravy, and huge serving portions / an artistic, tough young woman who loves the unusual but functional and useful items.
The perfect large dinner-size plate with a lip holds everything saucy - no slip offs! These plates have individual characteristics so, if you don’t mind a few imperfections that are hardly noticeable, you will love these! I used the one I got first as a platter and was incredibly pleased!

I cannot thank you enough for my 10.25 set of six they are PERFECT, and for now my total family place setting is complete until I budget for another set!
