dish love
i absolutely love these dishes. i bought a set in each color to mix & match. each piece is the perfect size. the colors blend beautifully with some vintage dishes i have from mid 1950s....franciscan starburst & russell wright. i will be buying more camden dinnerware to add to the collection.

Great dinnerware!
These are great dishes and look particularly good when you mix the colors together. I got Sky and Stone for my beach house and they look beautiful!
They are well made and feel like very high quality. I like the shape and the curved edge makes them easy to carry.

I love the coffee mugs, they are the perfect size. So are the bowls and plates. . . perfect for portion control!

beautiful set
I bought a single set just to try out at home. A previous reviewer stated that the surface of the plates was ruined by knife marks, but three months later my plates look as good as new. I'm planning on buying 4 sets in each color when they go sale again.

Love Them!
I saw the Camden dinnerware sets in the C&B store and was immediately attracted to the clean, simple style, and the soothing, warm colors. I wasn’t exactly in the market for new dinnerware, but once I inventoried my set and realized that I was low on several pieces that couldn’t be replaced, I decided to take the plunge. First though, I searched various websites and stores to make sure that Camden was really the set for me. I must have looked at over 300 sets and found nothing that I liked nearly as much. Once I decided on Camden, I had to figure out color. My initial thought was the sky blue. However, after looking at the store display, and reading some of the on-line reviews, I decided to get one set of each of the 3 colors (sky, sand, and stone), and one additional set of the sky, making 16 place settings.
After 3 months of use, I’m happy to report that I’m thrilled with my purchase. I’m very glad that I decided to get the three colors rather than just one – I love how the colors mesh together, and I think having the mix livens up our table . I thought I would have trouble figuring out how to mix and match them (Do I use one color for each person, or do I mix the colors of each individual place setting?), but I haven’t found this to be an issue. I just mix them according to how I pull them out of my cabinet – in other words, it doesn’t matter since any combination looks good. Regarding function, the shape and size of each piece is perfect – not too big and not too small. Fit within my newish dishwasher has also been fine.
As far as quality, I’ve also been very pleased. In reading one of the reviews, I was worried that the plates would show scratch marks. They haven’t, and I’ve inspected them thoroughly after every meal, particularly those where we’ve used knives. Another reviewer said that the bowls don’t stack well in the cabinet. I’ve not found this to be true for me; the bowls stack well and I’ve had no instances where a stack of 5 bowls is unstable and falls (which happened with my last set).
All in all, I’m so happy with the Camden dinnerware sets and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Love the color
I bought Camden to coordinate with white dinnerware from C & B. The blue and white are beautiful together. Contemporary with a bit of retro. Love the look.

How cute are these mugs??
I love the Camden Sky mugs. The blue is so cute and fresh looking. The only thing I will say is that they are so round, when they're wet (if you're handwashing) they get a little slippery. They're definitely worth getting though. So cute.

Love them
I have been searching for the perfect dishes for over 3 years, I got the fall catalog and fell in love. Planned a trip to the store to buy some samples and brought them home. The entire family loves the shape, colors and size. I subsequently purchased service for 4 in all three colors. I am thrilled.

So beautiful, so simple
We bought these dishes to match our new living/dining room, and they are muted and lovely. We couldn't decide on color, so we bought 4 of each, and they truly complement each other. The bowls are shaped beautifully, curving enough to keep food warm and hold a generous amount. They do not stack well, but I didn't buy them to keep them stacked. Even the mugs are well shaped and feel good in the hand. I love that the smaller plate still holds both a sandwich and chips, something many luncheon plates do not.

love this dinnerware
This dinnerware was a great choice--no chipping, size and shape are terrific, just the right weight. I was a little nervous to buy this color--thought it might not be neutral enough. However, this light green/blue/gray color has proven to be surprisingly versatile--I keep finding more colors/designs of napkins/placemats that work beautifully with this tableware.

I bought 4 place settings for my new daughter in
law for her bridal shower. I was delighted at how
beautiful the finish was on these stoneware items.
This stoneware is also quite light, not to heavy or
clunky.

WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR
I saw these dishes in the store and ordered them immediately. They are the perfect color, truly the color of the sky. They are smooth and comfortable in your hands and are not too heavy or thick.I am very satisfied and glad I found them.

beautiful, practical set
I've only been using my dishes a month, but I see no scratches as noted by the previous reviewer! The design of this dinnerware is soft and contemporary, and the light blue color equally so. I'm going to keep a watch on the surface of these dishes, but so far I couldn't be happier with them. I'm not worried though if they should NOT hold up because I have complete confidence in the awesome customer service which has become the hallmark of C & B !

poor quality dinnerware
The colors are lovely. The sizes are nice. The shapes are wonderful. Sadly, within 2 weeks of purchase the plates were scratched through the surface with every knife cut that had been made. The cuts so marred the surface of the plates that they had to be returned. If they looked that bad at 2 weeks imagine how they would look in 6 months. The poor quality was a surprise. The last set of dishes I purchased from C and B last several years, and I expected these to last as long. Now I am still looking for new dishes.
