Beautiful Dinnerware - Please Don't Discontinue!!
I've loved these plates, bowls and mugs since we got them for our wedding five years ago. I'm so disappointed that they're going to discontinue such a versatile and popular pattern! Please don't get rid of this gem, Crate and Barrel!!

favorite color, favorite dishes
We registered for this dinnerware set for our wedding and have not been more happy with it. The color and the pattern are subtle but still unique enough to stand out. I have gotten more compliments on our dishes than I can remember. They stand up to my husband's clumsiness and are perfect for dinner parties and pizza night. Couldn't be more perfect for our home.

Great, sturdy Dinnerware
We registered for multiple sets of the Celadon Dinnerware along with some of the serving plates and bowls. They are really pretty, a very subtle pattern and do not break very easily. In 1.5 years we've only had one shatter and a lot have been dropped.

Beautiful All Over Dishes but Careful
Received this set of 12 in December of 2008 for our wedding. We got the dinner plates, salad plates, low bowls, mugs, and small and large square plates. We use them for our everyday dishes as well as our formal set as it easily works for both. After about two years of heavy use - we cook a lot and wash them in the dishwasher - we have chips on one low bowl, two plates, and have completely broken one mug. Not bad considering it is ceramic, but the chips happened pretty easily. There are also some minor scratches.

Totally Worth Every Penny!
I got this set as a gift for my bridal shower and I absolutely love everything about it! The color and design is so delicate and pretty yet at the same time is neutral enough where even my husband loves them. The quality and durability is wonderful as I am a little clumsy and have to admit to dropping a plate or two now and then, but I still have my complete set in tip top shape. The price is worth it for what you're getting. Order now!!

Gorgeous everyday dinnerware!
I registered for the Celadon dishware for my wedding, and couldn't be happier! They are the perfect every day plate. The green hue is very subtle, as is the texture. Perfect compliment to my white serving dishes, and gives the table a less "generic white" feel. I love this design and hope that C&B continues for a very long time!

Make me Happy
I have had these for over a year and I just bought 2 more place settings and the square plates were given as a gift. Although green, they can match everything and are just that little bit different than the plain white stuff.
We are pretty rough with our dishes and have chipped a few pieces, but I find that they are pretty durable and have held up to the dishwasher well.
ONLY COMPLAINTS: wish they made a smaller bowl for ice cream, snacks, cup of soup, etc. And the serving pieces (particularly the bowl) are not very big--I have eaten large salads out of it all by myself (I like salad but still...). Overall, they make me happy when I eat off of them, can't wait to set my beautiful table for Thanksgiving!

Wonderful Set- Love it!
I have a large set of these - but recently my husband and I broke a saucer and decided we wanted to add a couple more place settings. This set was no longer online, but a wonderful representative found them for me- she was so helpful and set it up to make it easy for me to order them. I was able to replace the missing saucer and increase my settings. The celadon set is beautiful and really durable- I always use the dishwasher and they clean beautifully. I hope they continue making this for a long time!

Beautiful and durable
My husband and I received these as a wedding gift almost four years ago. The styling is fantastic and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion, and the color is soft and neutral enough that it looks beautiful no matter what it's on the table with. I have been surprised at the durability of these plates, so far not one chip or crack--and my spouse is notorious for breaking dinnerware.

A wonderful addition to the basic set
The large square Celadon plates are great. The shape is a wonderful offset to the round plates, bowls etc. and the size is perfect. I have found the Celadon plates to be durable, attractive and very useful...no complaints here!

Happy with purchase
I bought the Celadon dinnerware as a holiday gift for my spouse. I bought 8 place settings (with mug and soup bowl), one platter, two serving bowls (which work great for people who like to eat soup out of really big bowls ((that's me))) and 8 of the square salad plates. I'd first like to mention that I received the first part of my order in just 48 hours! I was amazed. The dishes were packed with great care and I was very pleased that no foam peanuts were used (a personal ((green))preference, on my part). Living on the 4th floor, I was happy that the boxes were not overly heavy. The dishes themselves are beautiful. When we had looked at them, in store, they looked more baby-blue than they did at my home. Which is what I was hoping for. They definitely read a light greenish-blue, in our lighting. We have used the dishes and I am happy to report that we have had no issues with marks due to silverware, including spoons used in the bowls, which I always find to be an issue. They stand up to microwave, oven and dishwasher use. They are sturdy and well balanced, with no tipping issues, while cutting meat, fish etc. Lastly, I'd like to mention that, despite the ultra-catious packing, one of our mugs had a weird chip, which must have been a design flaw, as it was right in the center of the cup, so nothing could have hit it. I called Crate & Barrel customer service and I had a new mug in two days. I am extremely impressed with the service I have received. It has been so good, in fact, that I have shared the story with many friends and it has actually caused me to be even happier with the dishes.

Happy Grand daughter
This was on my grand daughter's registry for her wedding. They are beautiful dishes and she is very thrilled; therefore so am I! The packaging was great. It was such a blessing to have them wrapped and delivered. Thank you for making this shopping so easy.
