Not quite white
We were looking for some salad/sandwich plates to repace some old ones that are getting very worn. We wanted something that was microwave safe. These were the perfect size and design. The only drawback is that they are not quite as white as advertised. They have a bit of a grey cast, so they don't look as good as we hoped against our other white china.

Minimalistic dinnerware!
We moved into our new contemporary/mid-century modern home the week of Christmas. We have been looking for the perfect dishes to compliment our modern decor, and we found them with the Verge pattern! They are so simple, clean lines and perfect backdrop for all our culinary creations when entertaining. Get so many compliments on them. Going back to buy more!

Great Style
We just replaced our everyday dinnerware with the Verge Collection. The lines are simple and clean, yet modern. We love the shape of the dinner and salad plates with the curved edges. We use them everyday, but they could transition to a very pretty table for a casual dinner party. All the pieces fit easily into the dishwasher too! The collection is has a great price point. I bought service for eight, but I might go back to C&B and buy four more settings to complete the set.

Love The Verge Bowls
These are attractive dishes and a solid staple for all occasions. I especially like the bowls -- they are the perfect size for cereal, soup, etc. I bought plates and bowls, but not the mugs -- I prefer a taller, larger capacity mug. Happy with my purchase.

Some defective
Let me start by saying I love C&B. I bought a 12 piece service. After using them a few times, I noticed the plates (dinner and salad) didn't sit perfectly flat on the table. As you would eat or cut off of them, the plates would wobble slightly due to a dimple in the middle bottom of the plates. I took them back to the store and they were most helpful to replace them. As I checked more of the plates, several more were like this, so I returned the entire set and went with the Roulette blue band dinner ware sets. I would caution anyone using the Verge, that if you are not putting them on place mats, and you do put them on a flat service, they may wobble. Other than this problem, I loved the design, size and style.

A great find
I have been looking for a salad plate to replace an outdated one. This one has clean lines and a lip instead of a ledge to hold whatever is served on it. Love it.

Very Nice Dinnerware
This dinnerware can be used for everyday or for special occasions. As advertised, it is like a blank canvas and the colors of the food stand out like a painting. The bowls are the perfect size and shape for serving many things: ice cream, popcorn, soup, etc. It is contemporary styling that works with anything...even my antiques.
