Great add-on to any sets
I found myself always running out of forks - they all seemed to be in the dishwasher - but 2 sets of these filled the bill. They are large and sturdy and once I got the Crate and Barrel stickers off them, they look splendid.

Great as an extra set
I purchased both the four-piece dinner fork set and the four-piece dinner knife set a couple nights before a dinner party so I wouldn't have to wash utensils between apps/dinner/dessert. The forks and knives were both a little longer than my normal set, but you only noticed when they were next to the others. Overall the set was pretty and sturdy, looking much nicer than you'd expect for their price. I would absolutely recommend these for everyday use, as a standard set for a first apartment, and as a back up for larger parties.

Perfect addition to our existing set
Have the dinner forks, salad forks & spoons. Like the design, size and weight. I would recommend this product line.

Utensil sizing is awkward
I really like the style and heft of these utensils, but the sizing is distractingly wrong compared to two other sets of stainless that I have, including another from C&B. The fork is a couple of inches longer and feels oversized and awkward. The dinner spoon is too big for a teaspoon and too small for a soup spoon. Only the knife feels just right. I'm sadly disappointed that I will be returning these items.

Suits the need
Ordered a couple sets of these spoons because my fiance eats cereal faster than the dishwasher fills up. They complement our completely different flatware set very nicely-- clean lines, wash well, feel nice in the hand.

elegant, good everyday forks
I have been using these forks for about a month now and I must say it is a very good purchase. They are simple, classy and solid forks, they are not too light and they look perfect. I ordered a second set and I am happy with them.

Excellent value
These are great for every day use. They survive the dishwasher and manage to stay shiny and looking like new. They're a no-brainer for the very inexpensive price!

Flatware from Crate & Barrel
The flatware from Crate & Barrel is superior to any other flatware I've ever owned. It's heavy enough that it doesn't feel cheap, although it's priced quite affordably. It is also so durable that it survives dishwasher use, beatings from children, accidental dropping into the garbage disposal and daily use from an active family who loves to entertain. I cannot say enough about my love for the flatware from Crate & Barrel.

simple and classy
I love this silverware! I bought the knives and spoons as well and they are simple and classic and pleasantly solid in the hand. Perfect for ice cream out of the container as well as setting a dinner party!
