Nice Big Bowl
I have been looking for a large ceramic bowl - they are very hard to find. Imagine my surprise (and delight) when I found this one for under $20 (I expected to pay $40 or more for the bowl of my dreams). If I had the space I would buy another one - it is perfect. Beautiful, too.

It is perfect!
I make all of our bread, and prefer to have a large ceramic mixing bowl. Steel and various plastic bowls abound, but large ceramic bowls have become very hard to find. This affordable offering at Crate and Barrel filled the bill perfectly. It was wrapped very securely and arrived promptly. Thanks, Crate and Barrel!

Great Mixing Bowl with Classic Kitchen Style
I purchased this bowl because it reminded me of a mixing bowl my grandmother always used. It has those clean, classic lines that never go out of style and look great with any decor. I've used it for making cookies, mashed potatoes, bread dough and many other yummy delights and it has held up wonderfully. It has a nice weight without being too heavy and cleans up easily. I look forward to using this bowl for many years to come.

Beautiful Bowl
Such a beautiful bowl. It looks great just SITTING on your counter-top.
I used it to mix up some cookies though - mistake. The metal mixers left little gray marks all over the inside. Did not wash out.
When the bowl said "prep"... I just assumed it would be durable to that.
Ah well, still looks good for popcorn or for rising bread.

Really nice and useful
Great for just about everything, from serving popcorn to mixing frosting with my hand mixer. Sturdy, good size, looks nice too!
