Salad set
This bowl is gorgeous! I have been looking for a wooden salad bowl that is large and not cheap looking for a long time without being absurdly expensive, this is the bowl that fits all those descriptions. I accidently ordered the individual wooden bowl at first, when I returned it and purchased the right salad bowl I was over joyed it was exactly what I was looking for.

Large enough for a huge party
I love this bowl! It looks so rich in my kitchen and it is plenty big enough for when I have lots of people over! I would definitely recommend purchasing this.

poor quality
I have to admit that I was disappointed with this product. I received the salad bowl, servers, and individual bowls as a gift and in person they are less impressive than I was hoping. The real color of the wood is pretty light, and the dark stain really easily flakes off. Also, the size was much larger than I'd been expecting..

Beautiful
When I registered for this online, I had no idea how big it was. I received it as a wedding shower gift and still wasn't sure of it. I knew it was gorgeous and perfect for entertaining, etc.
I fell in love with this bowl when I hosted a baby shower. Our salad fit perfectly in the bowl while looking beautiful too. Clean up was a breeze as well. It's my new favorite salad serving bowl.

Looks good, but delicate
Received this as a wedding gift and really love the bowl, but after just a single use it is showing signs of wear. The edges chip easily showing the lighter wood underneath. While the bowl is beautiful, it is very delicate.

Very, very beautiful
We have four of these bowls at our house, received as a wedding gift. They are gorgeous! Ours have been scratched a little bit so we try to be gentle with them. We also don't let them sit in the sink submerged in water because we're afraid of warping. But I would definitely recommend these. They make eating a salad or ice cream sundae a pleasure.

Best Wedding Gift
This was one of my favorite wedding gifts. The bowl looks gorgeous on the table as a decorative piece. The wood is beautiful and I know it will get used for many years to come and not stuck up in a cabinet.

Durable?
The bowl is a beatiful color and shape, as everyone else has said. I gave it to my mother as a Christmas gift. She used it for the first time when we were over for dinner. I washed it and hand-dried it and noticed that there was already white wear spots showing on the lip and bottom. It also feel fairly delicate. I was a bit disappointed having splurged for a Crate & Barrell bowl, and hope that it doesn't continue to wear at that rate.

Love the product!
This is one of my favorite serving pieces. I make salads pretty frequently and I must say I've always needed the bowl like this one that would hold the amount of salad I usually make and the same time make it easy to mix the ingredients. Besides the size, that I absolutely love, I also love the fact that this piece is durable and very easy to clean.

One of my favorite pieces!
I received this for a wedding gift and it is absolutely beautiful. I am complemented on it every time I use it. The bowl is quite large and makes quite the presence. It is a piece you will want to display, and may have to as it was too large for me to store in any of my cabinets.
