Feel-good purchase
The ruffle bowl and ruffle platter make me feel good. They are feminine yet functional. The platter is perfect for fresh fruit on a table or kitchen counter, sand-wiches, cookies, or for serving meat entrees at a dinner party
Plus, it has a pristine look. And feminine or not, my husband thinks it looks great, too!

SImple and chic
I received this as a wedding present several months ago and I LOVE IT! It is large enough to display and serve appetizers, simple enough that it can be used on virtually any occasion, but decorative enough that it stands out! I have received many complements on the platter! I also have the ruffle dip bowl to go with it...
Easy to clean, easy to store - would highly recommend this to anyone!

Great gift
Gave to sister as gift. She has many serving pieces from a variety of sources. The clean lines, solid white color, and beauty of platter will bridge with her collection. Like having many other pieces to give her as additional gifts. Because it's Crate&Barrell, I know the quality is excellent and it will last.

Fabulous Gift!
I love this platter and all of the matching serving pieces in this collection. I have given sets as gifts on three separate occasions and everyone loves this collection! The platter is large, but not too large to store. Matched with the other pieces, makes for great brunch serving, parties, etc...

Perfect Gift
I recently went to Crate and Barrel to serch for a birthday gift. I didn't know what I was looking for, but I was catching a plane out of town a few hours later. When I walked in the door, this item was on display right up front. It INSTANTLY "clicked" as being the perfect gift and I added a companion item (the wavey dip bowl) to make this gift party-ready for the birthday girl. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes, with the gift boxed up and ready to go. The best part was that everyone at the birthday party begged to borrow it. :)

simple elegance
This is a beautiful platter that will enhance a table on it's own as a centerpiece when not in use. It makes a perfect fruit "bowl" also.

Some chipping of the color right out of the box
We received this as a bridal shower gift. By the time we moved to our new apartment and unpacked it, there was a little chipping of the white coloring in the middle of the platter. Also, this platter is extremely large and difficult to fit in any of our cabinets.

Great for Parties
This ruffle platter is so pretty and elegant. We got so many compliments at our last dinner party when we used it for the gourmet burgers my fiance made. The only downside....it's so big that it doesn't fit in our cupboards. We have to store it in a box in the closet. :)

Everyday Art in the White Ruffle Plarter.
I bought the White Ruffle Platter because of the pretty ruffled edges of the bowl. The white makes it a basic that can be matched with any other style and color. The ruffles make it stand out as a wonderful centerpiece as part of whatever you're serviing. I think of this bowl as another wonderful piece of of affordable art. It has taken it's place on a red wood shelving unit in my home. The white bowl set against the red shelving unit makes it stand out as everyday art.

LOVE THIS PLATTER!
This white ruffle platter is not only functional, it's beautiful. Yes, it is large, but it does fit nicely in my dining room hutch. It is very versatile. I've used it for fruits, vegetables and skewers with meats. I also purchased the matching large ruffle bowl. Used together or separately, they make a great presentation.

Too Large for my Cabinets
I received this platter as a gift. I love the platter and the shape but unfortunately it is too large to fit in my cabinets. It would not fit in my storage options from kitchen cabinets to dining sideboard. Measure before purchase or display on table.
