When filling these items it is hard to tell when they are full so over filling and making a mess happens . The oil pours to slow and the vinegar a little fast.

Vinegar Jar Cracked Twice
I was really excited to get this cruet set from our wedding registry. They looked so nice and clean in the kitchen. I put red wine vinegar in the vinegar jar, and the ceramic cracked. Vinegar came bubbling out of the side and stunk up our kitchen. We took it back to our local C+B and they were great about replacing it. Then it happened AGAIN with the new one. Is red wine vinegar really that strong? Total bummer. I replaced the cruet with the glass version, but think the ceramic looks much nicer.

Fun and Practical
We got these when they offered them in green to match the rest of our kitchen.
I love having this set next to our stove. It makes it easy to grab the olive oil and pour some in the pan for cooking. Both pour wonderfully. The oil cruet never drips.
They're maybe not so different than the glass versions, but I think these have a cleaner look to them, that makes the kitchen look that much cleaner (which is always good!)
