Doubles as a media console
Recently moved from a house to an apartment/condo and I needed a media console. This piece looks wonderful. I'm excited to use it as a sideboard when I move back into a house again.

We recently purchased this for our dining room. It looks great with the dining room table that we also got from Crate and Barrel. It's a sleek, modern sideboard and fits really well with our style.

Takes the cookie cutter out
We love the look this sideboard brings to make our kitchen less boring. We bought it for our kitchen to add some character against our plain cabinets and it certainly delivers.
We received our first one which reeked of fuel/oil. Apparently there is a finish that needs to be throughly wiped off prior to delivery and our sideboard wasn't. When we learned this we wiped it off but the strong garagelike smell never went away. Crate and Barrel was great about replacing the first sideboard and we could not be more pleased with the second.

Beautiful!
We bought this sideboard because of the metal top. Our kitchen and dinning room is pretty cozy looking but the metal really breaks it up and adds texture. The color of the wood is very unique and makes a lovely statement. We bought the Turner Counter Barstools for the kitchen island and everything is pulled in very nicely. Sturdy. Highly recommend it!

A LITTLE BIT OF OLD WORLD IN OUR MODERN HOME!
WE PURCHASED THIS SIDEBOARD..THEN DECIDED ON THE TABLE, FOUR CHAIRS AND TWO STOOLS. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!
WE HAD A MODERN LEATHER AND GLASS SET ONLY TWO YEARS OLD: BUT WHEN WE SAW THIS SIDEBOARD WE JUST HAD TO HAVE IT IN OUR HOME.
WE DONATED THE KITCHEN SET WE HAD, AND ORDERED THE SIDEBOARD WITH THE MATCHING TABLE , CHAIRS AND TWO STOOLS.

As sturdy as it is beautiful
Having carried this sideboard into my house with the help of a friend, I can tell you that this is one sturdy piece of furniture. But its heft is matched by its beauty. The weathered look of both the metal top and the wood works perfectly in my neutral-toned dining room. The all-glass doors show off my dishes. And the little tuck-under shelf below the top is the perfect place to store bottles of wine. I looked at lots of sideboards/buffets, some at twice the price. But for the style and value, this was the real winner.
