Buy It, You'll Love It!
This is actually the 2nd time that I have bought an Axis sectional. The first time was for a much larger house that we had and this sectional is wonderful!! We had two dogs and lots of entertaining and the fabric held up beautifully! After 6 years, it still looks as good as new! This time, I needed this for a much smaller space and it still is so comfortable. The cushions just mold to you but still keep a great shape. And the fabric makes everything look modern. I love it!

Great Condo Couch
We picked this couch based on the size and layout of our condo. It has been perfect. First off, Crate and Barrel was running a sale on their sectionals, which apparently they don't do often, so that was the first bonus. We went to the location in OakBrook Illinois to pick it out in person. The sales woman couldnt have been nicer. We walked in about 10 minutes before they closed and she helped us well after they had locked the door. The followup on delivery times was great. The actual delivery was flawless. We live on the 3rd floor of a walkup and the guys delivered with a smile. The fabric is durable, even with our very active puppy. And the color is great. Thanks for such a great product!

Great sectional
Very comfortable and looks great. You'd never know 2 large dogs spend so much time on it.

Super comfy
I wanted this couch for several years and finally purchased it when I moved into a bigger place. It fits perfectly in my city apartment, and I've gotten lots of compliments on it. I prefer a harder sitting surface, and so far this couch is perfect.

Solid couch
We had a great experience with the operator who verified our order and the one who called to arrange shipping. The Douglas charcoal color looks a bit bluer than we expected, but it is hard to tell from a tiny swatch.
The couch is comfortable, durable, and looks great. Stains wipe out and dog hair is easily brushed off by hand.

Love this couch
We bought this back in November and have spilled stuff on it already and cleaned it right up. The cushions are super comfy and I flip them ever few months so they keep their shape. It was definitely worth the purchase. The person in the store was really helpful with helping us determine which fabric would work best for us.

Perfect
We love our new couch. The Charcoal color is perfect, and the cushions are firm. That couch is very comfortable. Our only complaint is it took more than the predicted 8-10 weeks to get it... it was more like 12 weeks. Otherwise, we're pleased with our purchase.

Indestructable
We've had this couch for two years now and it is practically indestructible. We have three young children who are very rough on furniture, but our couch still looks great. Spills come right off with just a baby wipe (our fabric is the micro-fiber). And the couch is so comfortable! I didn't give it 5 stars because#1, it's very difficult to vacuum under and #2, the one time I tried to wash a cushion cover, it didn't wash well.

Best couch EVER
This is the best couch I have ever owned. This couch handled everything our baby boy and new dog could throw at it or on it! The fabric resists stains and feels much more expensive than it really is.
I can't say enough about how great a piece of furniture this is.

Sooo Comfy
I purchased this sofa sectional about 2 years ago. Love it! So comfortable. I have a 24'x24' living room and wanted a very long sofa. I placed a loveseat, single chair, and chaise together to form a very long sofa so my entire family of 5 can sit together with room to spare. The only thing I don't like about it is the feathers in the back cushions. I wish C&B offered a foam option for all cushions because I keep plucking feathers coming thru the fabrics. Otherwise, love this sofa.

Excellent Product
This is my first real couch, and I am absolutely loving it. I did a lot of shopping around and this was by far the most comfortable and better built one out there. I have it in the chocolate color and it resists dirt very well.

COMFY COMFY COMFY
We love the Axis 2 piece Sectional, and have loved it ever since we purchased last year! It has just enough room to allow many on it comfortably. The Lounge portion adds additional comfort for whoever is lucky enough to get the spot first! It's sleek contemporary lines also add a level of style to our Family room. We also have the Axis brown leather chair with it, and it looks GREAT! A devoted Crate and Barrel customer always!

Great Couch
We purchased this couch in the Douglas: Coffee color a few years ago and could not be happier. After a long day at work or playing in the outdoors, we live on this couch. It is absolutely comfortable, and the perfect size to sit or lay on. It also cleans well; soap and water so far have removed all food and beverage spills. It still looks like new!
The only downfall are the sectional clips used to hold the sectional pieces together. We purchased and placed the clips on our couch, but sometimes you can hear the clips strain and I worry they might break. Without the clips the couch sectional pieces slide apart and lead to constantly needing to re-align the couch.

axis sectional
I recently bought this sofa and am very happy with the appearance and size in my family room. The microfiber in Peat had a spot on it- due to dog no doubt- but with a little water on a cloth it was easily removed. Delivery was awesome; on time and professional.
I slope slightly toward the next person if sitting too close to the edges of the pillows but otherwise very comfortable.

Fantastic sectional
We purchased this sectional about 4 months ago in the Stock Plus Charcoal color. It was completed and delivered earlier than promised and the delivery crew was very professional! I haven't had any problems with the sections sliding apart and dog fur comes right off of the fabric. Liquids pool on top, so you can wipe up a spill quickly and anything you miss comes off easily with a little water. The sectional and the chaise are very comfortable, in fact sometime it lulls you right to sleep!

Finally Found The Perfect Couch
I searched 15 years for this couch and matching chair.
I sat on this exact chair in a rental beach house and instantly knew I had to have it when I got my own place (i was 13 at the time). I just remember feeling like you sat on a cloud. It was supportive, but plush. It's like a dream.
Searching for it, I drove my wife nuts.
I'd sit in a chair and pop right up saying, 'Nope, this isn't it!'
It got so bad, we almost settled for another brand and then we stumbled into a Crate And Barrel and looked on the 2nd floor where the furniture was. We didn't even know they had furniture!
And then it happened. The second I sat down in the chair, I knew. This was the chair I had been looking for. Right next to it, we found the matching couch.
It was then that my wife had that moment, ya know.. the " Oh THIS is what you're talking about!!! It's everything you said it would be! Totally worth the wait!"
We love this couch. We've already said when the time comes and we need to replace it, we're going back to this couch again.

A Classic for any living room..
I purchased this sofa three years ago and it has held up to the test of time. The cushions and fabric still look new. It is easy to clean/maintain. The chaise lounge piece is very comfortable and I tend to fall asleep on it most nights while reading. It pairs well with my Felix rug and Bel Air table (both from C&B as well).
