Love my Eiffel Chair!
Live in a small apartment where every inch counts. Have been looking for a leather chair and ottoman set for some time now, but kept running into big, boxy sets that took up too much space. Went into a C&B store in Scottsdale Arizona, and found the Eiffel. The sales lady there was extremely knowledgeable and I was able to learn a great deal about the chair and leather that was so helpful in making my decision. This is a quality piece of furniture, well made and the leather is wonderful! So comfortable and has a small footprint, but great design lines. Couldn't be happier! Sales people, both in Scottsdale and San Francisco (where I purchased it) were so helpful.

My Leather Eiffel Chair
While browsing the selection of chairs in Crate and Barrel one evening in a non-chalant manner, a salesperson pointed out this chair as "the most comfortable chair in the store". I am a large man, 6'5" and weigh 260. When I first saw the chair, I didn't think it would work, but after sitting in it and seeing/feeling how it just enveloped me perfectly with the real luxury and finish of the top-grain leather, I just fell in love with it. Just so happened that a woman passed by and mentioned that she had also purchased it; and it was her husband's finest and treasured chair. With that, I pulled up the ottoman, put up my long legs, and just fell into a comfort stage never felt before. The chair takes a beating from the kids and dog, and it just keeps looking better. The type of leather that gets more classic with age. I will keep it forever as my personal relaxation chair, and, everyone knows that when I come in the room, to get out of the chair! Crate and Barrel sales personell were the very best!

Great product!
This is the most comfortable chair EVER.... I love the style and the looks and the comfort above all. The cigar color is a bit darker than what you may see in stores, but they told me that since it is strech leather it will strech and lighten up in color as it ages. We will see. Overall, what a great chair! Aperfect addiiton to my living room.

Worth the wait
After thirty one years living with two upholstered club chairs which we recovered twice we made the big move to C&Bs Eiffel chairs and ottomans buying two of each. We just took delivery of the chairs (covered in Cigar leather) and are very pleased by the size and style. Whoever designed these chairs hit the perfect balance between outside dimensions and the ability to comfortably seat a large person. Be prepared for a bit of a break in period as the new leather is stiff. For the money, we could not be happier with this purchase. The staff at the Denver Crate and Barrel were excellent and made this an easy, no pressure decision. We look forward to years of enjoyment form these wonderful additions to our home.

great little chair
I was looking for a club chair to fit a small space and this chair hit the mark. It was more than I wanted to spend, but the quality is there and it looks great in my family room.

Best Seat in the House
Really wanted a brown, leather chair to relax, read, and watch TV in. This chair is perfect. It's a smaller scale than many club style chairs and it sits a little lower to the ground and has the perfect tilted/angled back that make this very comfortable...and hard to get out of (in a good way).

Favorite chair
Without having seen the chair or ottoman, I knew that I would love them. And I do. The chair is as comfortable as the other reviewers say. It's both very supportive to the back as well as deep and luxurious. Ideal for someone with a medium to small frame. As an average size woman, I like to use one of C&B's 12" x 18" pillows for back support when I'm reading.
I ordered both chair and ottoman in "Mountain Spring." It's a gorgeous deep turquoise and the focal color of my living room.
The leather is top quality, but it is "distressed," which means that it scratches easily and has scars and other imperfections. Be so advised if you're expecting something else. Also, when you get the swatch, be sure to stretch it to get a better sense of the gradation of color.

Favorite Chair!
We got the chair and ottoman in the blackberry, and my husband and I are both in love with this chair! We have a small townhouse and spent a lot of time looking at various chairs, and the small footprint of this chair, combined with the comfort of a much larger chair, is perfect. It's definitely the best seat in the house. We're trying to figure out where we can put another one!

Love at first sit
We were originlly attracted to this chair in the store because of it's small footprint. Once we sat in it, we were hooked. We ordered it in the blackberry and got the matching ottoman. It's the best seat in the house, and everyone loves it!

Terrific Leather Chair
We loved this gorgeous leather club chair so much that we ended up getting a second one! It's by far the best seat in the house—so comfortable, with great back support. The leather is supple and rich, and the chair has held up so well over time. We get compliments on them from everyone—I really think this is the best club chair out there, combining style and function. Great for reading the Sunday paper or watching the game, and super easy to care for.

Nice Leather Chair for Small Spaces
Most of the leather chairs we looked at were way to large for our space, but this one is compact and very attractive. The cushion is a bit stiff - needs a throw pillow for comfort.
