Great except chaise cushion
Really like this couch with chaise; it fits many people or allows 2 to stretch out and get comfy. Two smallish people can even sit side by side on chaise. Only problem so far beyond our new kitten loving it as a scratching post is that the chaise cushion looked deflated after only about 2 weeks' worth of use. There's an indentation where you sit on the chaise and the fabric is wrinkled above it--you can tell the fabric is not supported underneath. I'm not sure whether I can buy only a replacement cushion for the chaise (you can't turn it over) but also feel I shouldn't have to when it's almost brand new. But it looks good in our large living room and with the C-tables it functions well.

We love our new sectional
Have had this sectional for about a month now and my family and I love it. We haven't experienced some of the issues as other reviewers. Cushions are comfortable and haven't had a problem with them sinking in as other reviewers have mentioned, and we don't have any pets so no issues with pet hair. The size is just perfect for my 2 kids, wife and I as we all have plenty of room. The stock color was perfect for us, and the price was right during the sale last month.

Nice small profile
We bought this couch for our TV room, the ones the kids hang out in, because we didn't have a lot of space and I'm sick of overstuffed furniture. It fits the bill perfectly so far. The fabric is soft and seems to be holding up well, the Dolphin color is a nice neutral shade that doesn't show dirt/stains, and the small profile is perfect - the couch doesn't dominate the whole room. The cushions are pretty firm, but they'll soften up over time with use (the display in the store was VERY comfortable). Happy with our purchase.

Looks great but....
It is a beautiful sectional, great for apartment dwellers that are looking for more space.
That being said. I agree with the majority of the reviews. The cushions depress easily after a few minutes sitting on them. To be fair I was told about this by a store clerk and later on called by crate and barrel and advised to fluff and rotate the cushions weekly. I have been doing that for the past 4 months and the sectional looks great... Here's hoping it lasts...

I wish I had read these reviews
After having this sofa for two weeks the cushions look so terrible. It looks like we have had this sofa for three years. I am amazed at how bad the quality of these cushions are and terribly disappointed.

Not recommended
After 'visiting' the couch 3x I decided this was not the couch for me. The seat cushions depressed too easily and after reviewing the comments---pet hair very difficult to remove and snags easily decided this is not the couch for me. Did like the contemporary clean looks about it -- too bad.

Good sofa - bad for pets
This sofa looks great, and it just about everything I wanted - but I agree with a previous poster who mentioned the issue with the impossible to remove pet hair. I have one dog and I have several different methods for hair removal (dyson animal vac, fur remover tool) and nothing is foolproof. I've resorted to covering it when the dog is on the sofa. Also, I've noticed that the fabric does already look a little dull and worn (I've only had it for 4 months!)
I probably would have gone with a different fabric, but overall I still love it.

Beautiful couch - cushions a little too soft
I purchased this configuration of the 2-piece sectional during the upholstery sale last year and have had the sectional for about 2 months. I agree with the other reviews, the piece is beautiful. It caught my eye as soon as I saw it in the store. It has a good depth without feeling like you're falling back and it's large enough that both me and my partner can lay on it with plenty of room to spread out. My only complaint is the two cushions on the sofa part. I experience the same issue as a previous reviewer. After about 10 minutes of sitting, the cushion has lost its shape. You can feel yourself sinking. I find myself fluffing, turning and rotating the cushions a few times a week. They pop right back into place, but I wish they would hold while I'm actually seated. I'm only 150 pounds. Overall, very comfortable, beautiful, spacious. If you can live with the rotating the cushions, it is a good purchase. If you're in the store, sit on it for a good 10-15 minutes - bring a magazine and test for yourself.

Beautiful couch but NOT for pet households
We purchased the Klyne 2 piece sectional in early January. This is a beautiful couch -- with clean, contemporary lines and a comfortable sit. I couldn't be happier with the look of it in our home. However, I agree with the previous commentor. We have a dog and cat in our house and pet hair is attracted to it like a magnet. The fabric snags incredibly easily due to cat-induced fabric snags and does not weather abrasion well. It is quite disappointing how easy the fabric snags. Consequently, the couch is constantly covered. Sadly, I would not buy this couch again in our situation. It could be a great couch in a different living environment.

Decent sofa but you can do better.
I've had my Klyne sectional for about 5 months now, so I have some experience with it. The look of it is perfect and exactly what I wanted for the space. Unfortunately, we've found that it depresses easily; as other reviewers have noted, the cushions tend to sink into themselves. They do pop back up after you stand up. I wish I had known this before I purchased the sofa. While I'm ultimately fairly happy with how it looks and fits in the space, I would have looked for another maker due to the cushion compression problem.

Don't Get if you have Pets
I love this couch. I've had it for about 3 months. I looked forward to it every day after the day I ordered it and when it came it felt like Christmas. It's modern, comfortable and fit perfectly.
But the fabric is not conducive to a household with pets. I have two dogs, both average shedders, and it's like the couch is a magnet for their hair. That's not the worst of it- it's like a magnet with separation anxiety! NOTHING gets the hair out of the weave in this fabric. I used the vacuum hose attachment (we have the Pet Dyson), we used dog hair sticky rollers, the new 3M fur fighter, mits, brushes you name it nothing helps. AND THEN the fabric snags. Obnoxious pick-ups in the weave that don't go away.
This couch is so beautiful from across the room, but such an EMBARASSMENT whenever I have company over- if you don't have dogs or cats, this is definitely the couch for you. I want to get mine reupholstered as soon as I have the money to spare.

Beautiful but, overall, disappointed with quality
Let me first say this is a very nice looking sofa. I think it has nice lines and a shape that can fit well in many styles of rooms. I bought a few Klyne peices to redo my family room, which I was very excited about. But having owned it for 3 months now, I wish I had bought something else, and that's a sad thing for me to say.
After sitting on it less than an hour, the cushion compresses and sags and loses its comfort. When I get up, you can see it is depressed and the fabric is wrinkled. I can move to another part of the sofa for a little while to let the cushion "breathe" and fluff back up a little, but I can still feel the depression and when I sit back down, it collapses again. I have flipped the two cushions that I can (the chaise doesn't seem like it can be flipped due to the cut-out shape on the side) but it doesn't help.
I had hoped this purchase was going to be a long-lasting one but after a few months, I'm already thinking that its going to need replaced much sooner. Very sad, indeed.

Love my new couch
The chaise is awesome. Each couch coushion is a nice length. Some sectionals are too short but this is perfect. Super comfortable, great color and worth the price.

Just Delivered Yesterday & I'm in Love!
It took me 3 hours to actually sit on the sofa! I was so nervous this sofa was the first major purchase in my apartment and it's great! It's comfortable and sturdy. My toddler loves it (hopefully her grape juice doesn't)! I am excited to have guests over to see it! I have the stock color Dolphin and its perfect with purple accent pillows!

Great Sofa
We love Crate and Barrel sofas, so when we moved and our comfy but huge Axis couch could not fit through the door, we were upset, but excited to find a new couch. We decided on the Klyne because although it has a ton of seating room, it is slim enough to fit in our apartment. We could not be happier. The color is perfect and it is super comfortable!

Great sofa
This is a great product. It looks fabulous (I have it in the stock dolphin color).Plenty of room for my toddler and I to lounge or snuggle.
