Since 2005, we have worked closely with the TFT to ensure that certain hardwoods selected for the production of our furniture are from plantations that are responsibly and socially managed for their long-term conservation.

We have worked diligently and are pleased to announce that several of our teak and mahogany collections are now TFT-supported through the entire chain of custody, from harvest to final production. Our TFT-supported furnishings include our plantation-grown teak Pacifica dining and select mahogany Kipling dining pieces. In addition, our teak Trovata and Carlisle outdoor collections are endorsed by the TFT.

Our Kyoto, Bento and Del Re collections for dining room and bedroom are handcrafted with centuries-old Chinese joinery, using no nails or screws, in durable bamboo—one of the world’s most replenishable and sustainable plants. The amber glow of the Basque dining, accent table and media collections derives its beauty from eco-friendly mango wood, at one time discarded after a short fruit-bearing life. Our Seguro media consoles and coffee table feature a unique wood mosaic using rare, exotic peroba wood reclaimed in Brazil from the siding and floors of buildings no longer in use. Our rustic Hunter trunk tables are crafted of solid, sustainable shesham wood. The distinctive Nolan bed features woven panels of natural water hyacinth whose harvest helps to clean the world’s rivers.

Sustainable bamboo is naturally antimicrobial making it ideal in the kitchen for our Bamboo Cutting Boards, Bamboo Dish Rack, Bamboo Bowls and more.
