Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Table! I have had this table for 3 months now, and have received so many compliments on it so far! The unique dovetail joints on either end are beautiful. We love the knots in the wood and how modern yet rustic the table feels. My only word of caution is to make sure to use place mats under your plates. After reading previous reviews, I'm trying to be careful about denting the wood. I would not advise one to purchase this table if you have young children - I'm quite clear with mine that he is not to drive his trucks across it :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful and Modern, yet flawed We love the style of the Flynn table, especially paired with the Curran gray side chairs. Its streamlined style makes our dining room look and feel expansive and modern. The downfall of this table lies in the wood's softness. I love absolutely everything about the style and take good care of my furniture, but we entertain frequently and have been left with unsightly gouges and scratches all over the surface. Due to the finish on the top, these gouges and scratches appear white and are distracting and make it look like a wreck. We've had it about 2 years but will be looking for a replacement. The quality is not up to the standards I hold C&B furniture.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality / Great customer service We have needed to exchange this table a grand total of 6 times now. The ends never align properly and we have received every possible configuration of defects for this table. Sad, as this is an incredibly stunning piece.I will say that the Crate and Barrel store we have been working with for the past year has been incredible and we will always recommend them for their unmatched customer service and willingness to search for solutions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great looking but need to take care carefully We loved the design and bought it about 7months ago. I have to say it looks good, but when you use it as a "dining table", you need to be very carefully: no liquid, no oil, no hot plates..always put a thick pad under your plate. we haven't find a good way formula to wipe it. we tryied wood furniture oil, however it didn't work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THIS TABLE I bought tis table because I fell in love with the design but it has been a nightmare ever since I got it. To date I have had the table replaced 4 times. The ends never aligned on any of the tables, the wood top was warped. Also within a few weeks of getting the table the wood would start cracking and eventually the entire table top would crack right through. Really disappointed with Crate and Barrel. Very poor manufacturing and very high prices.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible wear The wood of this table is so unbelievably soft, that writing on paper will carve all the words into the table.  Needless to say after 3 months of purchasing this table, it looks horrific like a bear had attacked it. Waste of money, don't know what to do now because even if I exchange it for a new one it will be the same, and I don't like any other dining tables.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful table; lots of compliments We've had the table about 6 weeks and may not have bought it had we read the negative reviews first. Our initial order was delayed because it was rejected by C&B for defects without our ever seeing it. Perhaps they've learned from the reviews. Our table is nearly perfect, and the pieces fit together seamlessly. Given it's fragile nature, we always use mats and strive to protect the wood. We use it for computer work and dining and have gotten a lot compliments on our selection for its beauty. The "wow" factor. We've paired it with Cody chairs - perfect. We will see how well it lasts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Design poor manufacturing This table looks great BUT due to manufacturer defects ( it has nothing to do with final assembly) the price should be 75% off of listed $1,799.00. First table we purchased got some damage during trasportation so we were informed that delivery will not happen; second table arrived ok but comparing with floor sample we found that it is misaligned on sides and the pot is wider than side legs. Contacted CNB, 2-3 weeks later got another replacement, same story: middle part is popping up, higher than sides,...Will post the final resolution by CNB ( if it will be)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful but defective We fell in love with this table and it looks very contemporary with the curran chairs. Despite the poor reviews online, we still purchased it as it looks really nice. And indeed it does. BUT, we exchanged the table three times because the two pieces at the end can never align with the center piece well. Not sure if it is manufacturing defects or the installers doing the poor job. The junction between the two pieces of wood is uneven. Put your hands over it and it feels very ROUGH. They are not at the same level and certainly doesn't warrant its price. Not only the surface didn't align, the sides didn't align, too. The installer said it was manufacturing defects, it has something to do with the location of the screw. I decided to give up this beautiful piece because I don't feel I should pay $1799 for a defective table. I gave it three chances but they were never able find me a good table. We still love the curran chair so hopefully we will find another dinning table that matches it well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful but not durable We really loved the look of this table, and it looks even better in person. But it is not durable. Immediately we had dings and hot spots with very little use. C&B was able to exchange it for another one. Now after a few months, this new one is cracking all the way down between two of the boards on top of the table. We are going to exchange it one more time, because we really do like the look, and hope that three times is a charm. If not, we'll have to go with another style. If you have children, I would not recommend this table unles you don't mind that it will quickly become dinged up and scratched.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phenominal Table Pictures don't do this table justice. Fell in love with it in the store and it looks even better in our home. Beautiful two tone wood in minimalist form. The perfect blend of sophistication and style that looks great when paired with the Curran chairs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with this table We wanted a table that looked beautiful but we didn't have to worry about. Instead we found a table that is made of such soft wood that there are multiple scratches and dents with rather minimal use. We have only had this table for a month. In addition the pieces that fit on the end don't fit snugly and they look slightly warped.
