Great counter stools
I purchased 3 of these for our island counter. They are fabulous, especially if you have young kids. They withstand anything. While they are very light, they do not flip. They are comfortable amd totally scrubbable. I highly recommend them. And they look great!

Not as expected
I purchased these chairs online, and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I am not one to make returns often or even write a review, unless I feel really strongly one way or another. The stool has scratches all over it, and they were not polished as described. It looked as if someone did a poor job of painting them a concrete gray. One of my children sat on the stool and just from getting up it scratched the top of the seat! I am giving it 2 stars rather than the one, simply because I called Crate and Barrel and they were very helpful and gave me no fuss about returning them for a full refund. However, I wasn't promised the $89.00 I spent in shipping back. This has taught me to never buy 5 barstools at the same time on the internet.

Great Chair
We purchased four Delta chairs for our kitchen, we had very heavy oak chairs and wanted something lighter. They are perfect! Light weight and sturdy and give the kitchen a nice look mixed with the oak table. Very comfortable as well.

Looks great but get the seat cushion!
We purchased four of these chairs for our breakfast nook. The design is timeless and they look great. When they arrived two of them were a bit wobbly so we returned them and reordered. No problem with the replacements.
Note: the chairs get very cold! I see why the seat cushions are optional. I didn't find the color choices desirable so I forwent ordering them but now we freeze our tushes on the seat.

I got some good ones!
All of the negative reviews I read here scared me. But, I had fallen in love with these 30" Barstools and had to have them. This was an online purchase so fingers were crossed I wasn't in for a long return process! Happy to say that all stools sat level and were in good condition. Some of the legs did look a little scratched, but only upon close inspection. Also, I am short (5'3") and have to do a little scooting to get on them. My feet do not reach the lower rung either. They are lightweight so my 5 year old can move them, and is able to climb up. The only truly negative thing I can see is there are a few rough edges and some of the welds look a little sloppy. They are cold, so recommend the cushions. Have already had to wash those several times- they clean well and hold up. Overall quite happy as they make my kitchen look fab.

Very Light
We purchased 3 of these stool to replace the 3 wooden ones our 2 year old destroyed by pushing them over and ripping apart the straw seating cover; as well as running into them with his push cars. Wooden ones fell apart. The aluminum ones are very light and easy to clean and easy to move. Our son still made some little gouges on the top of the backrest with a fork. The damage would be worse if it was wood. The stools creek a little when you sit on it. Hey, aluminum flexes. The leg lengths were all even so they sit planted on our tile floor.

love these stools!
I've got to tell you, these stools totally rock! Ordered three of the 24 inch stools for my thirty inch bar and they are perfect. No damage during shipping as they are packed to the max. No problem with uneven legs or tipping. Bought the yellow chair pads, love those too.

Sturdy without being bulky
Purchased these barstools for our kitchen island and they are perfect! All the other barstools I looked at seemed much too bulky looking. I was afraid these could be unsturdy because they are lightweight but they turned out to be great. Very lightweight but do not topple over...even with my toddler climbing on them. Look very clean and modern.

Sleek & Modern
We moved into our new home and we needed counter stools. I looked everywhere, but I couldn't find any stools that fit my taste and design. When I saw this on CB, I had to have it! It's very modern looking and goes well in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier! I read the other reviews about the chairs being wobbly, but I have not had that problem with mine.

Love these silver stools. We have had none of the issues that other reviewers have talked about. The delivery people were on time and polite and when the stools were unpackaged they looked great. We have 3 stools and are very happy with them.

Affordable and stylish barstools
I bought two of the delta barstools for the counter in my kitchen. I had been looking at stools at other stores which were much more expensive and of less quality. These stools are great. They are super comfortable, especially when paired with the matching seat cushion.The foot rest on the bottom is an added bonus. The stools are super sturdy and durable, I anticipate they will hold up well. And they look great, they are stylish and really pretty. And the price is great! I strongly recommend these stools, they were a great value for the money.

Great Looking Stool!
This stool looks great! Very stable and well built. It is true as other reviewers have said that the foot rest is too far back to comfortably put your feet on.But I can deal with that. I will be ordering two more of these.

Not What I Expected
I ordered one of these chairs, since my local store does not keep them in stock. When it arrived in a giant box, there was no surrounding packing, just the flimsy foam taped to the legs. While taking the foam off the back legs, I noticed one of the back slats was crooked, leaving a big gap between the slat and the seat of the chair. When I went to take the foam off the front legs, there were so many scratches on the front of the seat that the entire chair just seemed to be a bad purchase at that point. I returned it to my local store, but I did not get the shipping cost returned. Like I said, good thing I didn't order all 4 - I would have been out about $100. It looks good in the photo, but appears to be a less-than quality chair.

Disappointed in quality
We were looking for a lightweight stool that didn't look too bulky and these fit the bill. However, the craftsmanship of the stools is very poor. In all three stools that we bought there are rough metal edges, and many areas where it looks like the metal was welded very poorly. They just look very unfinished.
This is not what I'm used to with Crate & Barrel furniture. I have been pleased with all the furniture that I've purchased from Crate & Barrel in the past.
If it wasn't so much of a hassle to repack each of them and carry them into the mall, they would have been returned.

Very wobbly - twice!
I purchased 3 of these stools and all 3 were very wobbly on my hard wood floor. I then asked C&B to replace all 3 stools because of the wobbliness. I just received 3 new ones, and now 2 of them are still wobbly! Out of 6 stools, I've only received 1 that is sufficient. Such a waste of time and money with all this! I would NOT recommend this product.

We just purchased 3 of these 24in bar stools and they are great. You cant beat the price. We were concerned if they might be wobbly from reading the other reviews but nope! They are great.

Love these stools!
These stools fit our style and our lifestyle perfectly! Sleek, contemporary, comfortable, LIGHTWEIGHT, easy to clean--LOVE them.
Reason for 4 star review vs. 5: one stool was slightly off-kilter when it arrived, but nothing an extra felt pad under one of the legs couldn't fix.
One downside: my father is a bigger guy with shorter legs and has trouble sitting on these for long periods because the front rail is located a bit back and the position cuts off leg circulation for him. If your body type is similar, these wouldn't be the best choice for you.
