Beautifiul
This bed is much morE beautiful in person then it is in photos. I am using it now with a 5" boxspring that I hope to get rid of shortly. It's a bit high. Will possibly take the advice of others and add a bit of plywood.
Delivery was amazing. Kudos to the c & b delivery team. Very professional.

Great quality bed!
I bought this bed last year and am now buying a second bed for our guest room. You cant beat the quality, price and the look!

Beautiful and Great Customer Service
This is a beautiful and well-made bed frame! We have a tempurpedic mattress, so we decided to get the bunky boards for it, and they work perfectly). We have a 3.5 year old boy who even uses the little bump-out from the side boards to get up on the bed and it's held up so well.
This was the first large piece of furniture we had delivered from Crate and Barrel and I was really impressed with how smoothly it went. We had some damage to one of the legs when it arrived and they very quickly addressed it by ordering a new one for us - not the kind of go-around you get with other furniture companies that is so common (and it's very common to have stuff delivered damaged so I don't fault C&B).
We will definitely order furniture from C&B again - you should go for this bed, you won't regret it!

It makes the difference!
I bought the Colette bed in Dark blue color for my apartment and it makes the difference! As all the bedroom is in white color this piece in a Dark blue it's the center. I combined with white bedlines with some words embroidered and the result is really incredible. Therefore it is super-confortable and they assembled it at delivery time.

Lovely bed!
Bed is very sturdy and looks super-chic; beautifully made fabric that goes along very well with my Klyne 1+1/2 chair in my master bedroom.
Delivery is within 1 week with the Stock color I chose and assembly is also included in the handling fee.
We love C&B!!!

Gorgeous bed!
LOVE LOVE LOVE my new bed! It is exactly what I wanted and exactly as pictured. The delivery was fast and easy and I couldn't be happier. Once I placed my order Crate and Barrel called to let me know that a product swatch was being overnighted to me so that I could make sure I was happy with the color. Once I okayed the color my bed arrived 7 days later. I was very impressed with the level of detail and professionalism!

LOVE this bed!
I had been wanting this bed for a long time, and finally bought it during a sale. It is gorgeous! Very well made - so sturdy. I got the bunko boards so I just use it with a mattress, and it is very supportive. The only thing I wish I could change, is that my mattress is really thick, and I couldn't use european shams because then you couldn't see the headboard as much. But overall, I love everything about this bed!

we have fallen in love with Colette!
My husband and I were shopping Crate and Barrel area rugs and on the check out counter I saw a small photo of the new Colette bed. We have just purchased a new apartment in Florida and needed a king guest bed so when I saw this photo of Colette we asked if there was a sample on the selling floor and the salesman said yes, come this way and see our new beds. It was perfect and the stock linen color was ideal for our color scheme. We loved the elegant nail head detail trim and the graceful wood legs, Bought the C&B pillow top mattress too! Love it all!

Fabulous Bed
The Colette bed is both beautiful and comfortable. Much to our surprise it also fit our current mattress - a California Queen. The fabric has also proven to be very resilient. A pen stain to the headboard came off completely with some water and soap.

Perfect Design Solution
We moved from a loft-like condo to a 1950's ranch with lower ceilings. The large, tall headboard we had previously would have overwhelmed the room. When we saw the Collette Bed, we new it was the perfect solution. We could say goodbye to our box spring and enjoy the lower profile of this bed. It really opened up the room and is in perfect scale. The quality is excellent and it fit in with our desire to create a peaceful retreat. We did by the bunky boards and I would highly recommend that. You'll need them.

Great Bed...but...
I purchased the bed about 9 months ago and it was perfect from the delivery to the set up.
However, lately I noticed that the headboard has come a bit loose and is making a squeaky sound every time I sit on the bed or lean against the headboard.
I can physically see that the headboard is loose.
I need some suggesstions on how to resolve this issue.
I love this bed and hope that the fix is easy as the set up was.

My Dream Bed
I finally got it. After years of wanting this bed!! I'm so happy. It's absolutely goregous in my bedroom. I love the workmanship - it's so elegant. The set up was so easy. The delivery men were on time and fast. I almost forgot they were in my room setting up the bed. Best purchase I've made in a while. I'm sold on Crate and Barrel for life!

Beautiful bed
This bed is just as beautiful in person as it is online. I ordered it in Alabaster linen first but the color was too peachy for me, but the Natural is perfect and goes with any bedding. It is very sturdy and seems like it will last a long time. Also very easy to assemble, as I did not have the delivery people do it.
The only downside is the very high price, but I don't regret the purchase because it looks so great.

Beautiful Bed
I visited a friend a few months ago who had this bed and realized that it is exactly what I have been looking for. It has a sleek classic design and fits in with almost any decor. Also if you get a tall enough mattress, you don't even need a box spring (one less thing to lug around if you ever move). Needless to say, I went out and bought one right away and have been really happy with my purchase.

Don't Pass This By!
I have specified this bed twice in the past year for clients. Both installations were fantastic. The bed is beautiful and the details make it look like it's much more expensive than it really is. One client was rather contemporary and the other quite traditional--both loved it.
