So comfortable
These are so much better than our previous stools. Because of the deep seat they are a little big but they fit the entire family, from me at 5 ft. to hubby at 6'3" & all the grandkids! They have the comfort of a nice chair. I'm very pleased.

Great Chairs
Bought 6 of these chairs to go with the Basque Java 65" Table. Chairs are solid, sturdy, heavy, and look great. My only complaint is that they are a little tall - when I sit on them with a cushion, my feet don't touch the ground (granted, I'm only 5'2'', but I don't have this problem with most dining chairs). Other than that, I'm very happy with them.

Beautiful Chairs!
My husband and I bought these chairs to go with a mango wood table we already owned. Even though they are not an exact match, we couldn't be happier with these chairs! The grain is gorgeous and we get so many compliments! We're looking forward to having these chairs for a long time!

Sturdy Comfortable Stylish-Fantastic!
We searched for 4 years for wood counterstools that were sturdy, durable, and looked beautiful. After having no luck finding an exact match for our natural cherry cabinets, we decided to go with a darker wood. The Honey Basque stools meet all requirements. They are very comfortable to sit in, even without cushions. They are stylish as well and have received compliments from everyone who has seen them/sit in them. Another excellent furniture purchase from C&B!

Beautiful, elegant chairs
My husband and I were given an antique kitchen table and needed dining chairs. The basque chairs are perfect! They're beautiful, elegant, extremely well made and the honey is a rich color. They are a perfect fit either with the matching table or a table that you already have. The copper seat cushions are comfortable and simple and neutral but not at all dull. They really spruce up my small city kitchen.

Excellent Chairs
We bought six of these chairs for our kitchen table. They are great. Nice heavy chairs but our small children can still move them around.

bought another 3
I bought 2 of these chairs four years ago and paired them with the benches. Decided to replace a bench with three new chairs.
The wood is the same, the originals have not faded, the quality is the same. They are great chairs, great quality.

Simply beautiful!
I love the entire Basque collection, so much that my husband and I own the long table, 8 chairs and the hutch. The ONLY downside? They don't make armchairs to go at the heads of the table. We are on the hunt to find something comparable but I want to hold out in hopes that C&B will offer the armchairs, too. Please C&B!

Wonderful chairs
I had the basque bar table and added these chairs to complete the set. They are very well made, extremely comfortable (I bought chair pads) and just love them! I am so glad I splurged and purchased these. High quality and look elegant.

Great Look
My review is going to be biased since I just received this item. It is dry clean only which scares me, but I run a tight ship and do not have kids. I think the basque chairs are awesome, but they are hard as rocks (naturally) and the wood is delicate which is why i would STRONGLY suggest purchasing the cushions despite the expense.

Not Same Color
Don't get me wrong I love C&B, not to mention they have the best customer service ever. But these cushions are NOT the same color as picture. They are tinted more yellowish/darker, not as neutral as I thought they would be. I'm going to buy the green ones this weekend after having these for about 2-3 years.

These are the most comfortable chair cushions ever, they do not move around. Really well made, I have them in three colors! I wish they made one for my bench seat!

Great chunky chairs
We bought these chairs to go with our Cabria dining table, as my husband wanted more back support than the Cabria chairs provide. The chairs are really solid and great quality. We sit on them for hours during a dinner party with no complaints and they look fab with the table.

Beautiful and solid
Perfect in every way. These are solid and sturdy, the lines are clean without being overly modern, and the stain is warm and beautiful. They're also very comfortable without the cushions.

Beautiful Chairs!
Chairs were delivered in perfect condition. The color is a deep warm brown, and the character of the wood is very pretty. Assembly and finish are excellent.

Sturdy and attractive
We bought these chairs because they are sturdy, but they are also very heavy. We installed caps on the bottom of the legs so they would move across our tile floors easier. Add cushions and you have an attractive and comfortable chair.

Bought 8 side chairs to go with the table. They are awesome. Beautiful grain and color. They are quite large, sturdy and solid. No complaints. They came assembled, one chair in each box.
