Timeless piece
This was amazingly simple to put together. I would use two people only because of the wine rack which was pretty heavy. It took about 2 hours to asssemble.

Love these shelves
We purchased these shelves because we have an almost pocket sized kitchen with very little cabinet space and had no where for dishes. We use it for our dishes, cookbooks, wine glasses, glasses, bottles of wine, you name it! It looks great, totally functional, great for small spaces, and gets tons of compliments!

Great bookcases!
I recently ordered the Sloane wine bar and bookcases online. The shipment came in quickly and they were very easy to assemble. The pieces look beautiful in the living room and all for a great price!

Great looking bar
I bought this bar about 8 months ago for a client and it looks great. It's the perfect amount of bar storage with lots of open shelving for accessories. Great buy!

Large Open Unit
All products arrived in well packed boxes. Directions were easy to read and understand. One side of the wine guide had come unglued and the screws were not long enough. I repaired with wood glue and longer screws to fix the issue. This is a great unit for a large wall and it does not seem too heavy and dark due to the open shelves and background that can show through. Overall I feel this is a good value, and I would recommend to others for purchase.

beautiful and functional
My Husband and I originally bought the leaning wine rack for ourselves and at a later date we decided to add to it with the matching shelving units. They look amazing every season as our decor changes and its still one of my favorite pieces. The set is very sturdy and made of great quality as well.

A*mazing!!!!
I had been eyeing these shelves for quite some time. I finally convinced myself to just do it! One of the best decisions I ever made! They look absolutely AMAZING in my family room. I love how versatile they are. They were so easy to assemble. We did have one issue with one of the shelves, it had a minor split. The problem was resolved hassle free with 1 phone call. Within 2 days a box arrived on our front porch. (Kudos to C&B customer service!). I love how I can switch up the look of the shelves by switching whats on them. The shelves alone are timeless. The wine bar gives more of an entertaining feel instead of just an average shelf. I catch myself staring at them quite often. LOVE THEM!!!

Great Bookcase
this is a beautiful piece of furniture. My husband was iffy about it but I wanted it for my birthday. He loves it. It looks incredible on my wall. It went together easily and is very well made.

Great looking; not terribly sturdy
The sloane wine bar is a great looking piece...dark, masculine, and elegant. It really brings the living room together. Looks outstanding with several different sized books and keepsakes on it, and displays wine and spirits in a tasteful manor. However, the three pieces dont fit together exactly flush and they all tend to exert a lot of pressure on each other once screwed together. Once against the wall, one tends to be 'floating' away from the wall while the other two are up against it.
All in all though, it is a great looking piece and i would recommend it.

Love my sloane bar!
Our apartment is less than 600 sft and the wine bar with 2 bkcs fit perfectly in our living room without looking too crowded. We have received many compliments! We give it 4 stars only because one of the cases had several chips in the wood and we had to go back to the store and exchange it.

Beautiful Addition to Dining Room
I love this piece!!! It looks amazing in my dining room, and matches all my other furniture perfectly.
It took a friend, with some help from me, a couple of hours to put this together. The most difficult part was probably attaching the three pieces to each other, since the holes were a bit awkwardly placed and weren't necessarily perfectly chiseled out on the unit. Even if you can put the piece together yourself, you'll want someone there to help when it comes to attaching them to each other.
When the sun hits the unit (which it does quite often in my dining room), it does slightly look like the two outer pieces were placed in one dying/coloring vat while the center piece came from another batch. But this is barely noticeable, and may not even be the case.
I definitely recommend securing the unit to the wall as is suggested.

Great product!
This wine bar with two bookcases arrived promptly and in good condition. I put it together myself very easily. It is sturdy, good looking, and holds loads of books, wine glasses, wine bottles, knickknacks, etc. It brings a sense of class to the whole livingroom.

Not so easy to assemble... but nice!
I love the look of this piece--we got the wine bar and two bookshelves--and the quality is much better than copycat versions. My one complaint is that it isn't very easy to assemble. Other reviews have stated it only took one hour, which I can see for the bookcase, but it took much longer to assemble the wine rack. Disclaimer: neither my husband or I are very handy, but even still...

Awesome!
This piece of furniture is a great addition to our home. It was easy enough to assemble (by myself, even though the directions mandate 2 people) and is very functional. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the wall anchors are cheap plastic ties. You know, the kind that secure products to cardboard packaging. They are meant to be put at eye level and would be the first thing you see as you enter the room, so I'm taking my chances and not anchoring it. If it falls I guess that will be my fault, but you would think C&B would find a way they could be anchored discreetly and stylishly. Can't wait to fill up the wine rack!

Best Christmas Present
I bought this for my wife for Christmas. Instead of trying to wrap the boxes I went ahead and put it together and gave it to her. She LOVES it! It completed the look of our house.
I highly recommend this product. It is above average quality and very easy to assemble.
It is great those that entertain and creates a unique look.

GREAT PIECE
Received in the mail very fast and we had normal deliver. Very easy to put together! We are using it as our bar and it works perfect. Very pretty and very unique. Keeps the room open with the open selves and great piece for customization. I high recommend this product.

Works great as a home bar!
I bought this product last year for my loft. Its absolutely amazing! I use it for liquors, liqueurs, wines and mixers. Holds up great! Extremely sturdy. I have many bottles and glassware; It supports without issue!
The way it accents a neutral color wall and everything else around it is wonderful. It adds character and style to whatever space you place it. The amount of shelves is great for storage and decoration.
The assembly is simple and can be done by one person. I put together all three sections myself within an hour.
