Great Table !!!
The Big Sur Dining Table is one of my favorite purchases. The table is stunning and always looks great whether it be a family dinner or aDinner party. I always get great complements.

Fantastic table
I love this table, I liked it a lot in the store showroom but the one I have is even better as it's richer in color (the one in the store was a bit worn and faded). It's attractive and practical, we bought natural beeswax and applied it to the table with a sock before using it and haven't had any problems with stains or marks so far.
It seats 6 perfectly. You can change the look of the table with the chairs, I got the Lowe side chairs to go with it and they suit the table really well.

Glad we finally bought this!
I too waited to purchase this table but finally went ahead and picked up the smaller of the two options and purchased the matching bench as well. We have absolutely no regrets. I swabbed the set down with beeswax and have had no issues with the finish. We wanted a rustic look and this item provides "sophisticated" rustic in our opinions. The clean lines are very attractive and fit in perfectly in our condo. Whether it is dinner or just sitting down to read the paper at it, we are thoroughly enjoying the purchase.

One solid table
As with many other reviewers, this table has been on my "want" list for a while (about 2-3 yrs). I absolutely like the no nonsense styling. We finally outgrew the 4-person square table we had had for 18 years, Our son became a teenager and for some reason, the size of the household now expands during weekends... This table is perfect for the space that is available and I also got the bench to go with it. As soon as the table & bench were delivered I treated them with beeswax and have had no problems with stains. Should any appear later they will just add character or can be sanded away since these are hefty pieces of furniture. If you want something delicate and frou-frou, this is not for you. If you want something with clean lines and a solid feel, go for it.

Very nice
We love this table. We entertain alot and have been able to fit many people around this table. Bought the bench and metal chairs to go with the table and we are happy with them also. The only complaint we had was that the table did stain very easily from cups. We had to get bees wax to seal the table. Wish the table had come sealed already.

Small Big Sur Dining Table...Big on quality
Very sturdy. Full of character in the grain. I am glad I didn't get the larger one, as this one is pretty massive already.

Beautiful heavy wood table
I had been contemplating this table for a year online, but was hesitant to purchase it before ever having seen it in person. I was very pleased with the quality of the wood and how it looks in the room. The only problem is that there is already a mark on the table, not sure where it came from since I have only had it for 2 weeks, never eaten on it bc we do not have dining chairs yet. Obviously the wood is super-sensitive to anything so we will have to be very very careful. Its is a gorgeous table and have gotten lots of compliments on it.

Great family table!
We love this table! We bought the table and benches and have been so happy with it. The wood grain is beautiful and the furniture is high quality and very sturdy. We wax it occasionally as instructed and the beauty has remained. We get many compliments on our table. We would buy it again in an instant.

We bought this table and matching buffet after admireing it in the store. It is a beautiful piece, sturdy, and each one is unique. This would work well in any setting, from eclectic to contemporary to farmhouse style.

Beautiful Table
We bought this table a few weeks ago after wanting it for quite awhile. It is beautiful. The knots and wood grain make it so unique. We only ever saw the larger Big Sur in the store, but knew the smaller one would fit our dining room better. It is the perfect size. We have already gotten a lot of compliments on it.

I bought this table together with two Big Sur Benches and the Big Sur Buffet and it looks great. It is very heavy, massive furniture which we like a lot. It smells great too. You have to be a bit careful with water/liquid stains, but my kids use it also as a crafts table just then I put a protection over it.
