The rugged warmth of solid elm contrasts handsomely with the blue-black industrial chic of millscale steel in this compact cabinet with one storage drawer and one letter-legal file drawer. Two-drawer desk is crafted with simple lines and traditional wood-on-wood joinery without the use of nails or screws. A multi-step tung tree oil finish, a natural oil derived from the seeds of the tung tree nut, brings out the sweeping grain and preserves the beauty of the wood. Inset steel drawer pulls echo the steel top.
