Love it
At first I was not thrilled with having to assemble the media center, but once I opened the box, I was very pleased at the easy step by step instructions. Love the finished look of the center. I paired it with the Payton tobacco bookcase...and with the Davis sectional.

Good quality and decently priced
This media stand takes quite some time to put together (about an hr or 2) but it is quite straightforward and once its done, it looks quite sophisticated and it is a pretty sturdy piece. The finish on ours did start to chip a bit quickly (subject to considerable banging/scratching by our toddlers), but given the price, it is a nice looking piece that'll hopefully last us a few years at least.

Nice Piece but Long Wait
A lovely piece of furniture. Easily put together because instructions are clear and everything is precut precisely. We had issues with the dimensions and we will have to purchase a new audio receiver because although the dimensions online appeared that it would fit in the cabinet, the larger cord bundle on the back of the receiver made it too big. We also had to wait twice as long as promised..,...from 4 weeks to 10 weeks however we were notified and we were given the option of cancelling. Overall, we are happy with this handsome, sturdy, functional media console.

Perfect Fit
We purchased this after looking for a media console for a long time. It fit our budget, and perfectly fit our space in the family room. Very happy with it.

Met every expectation
This was a great shopping experience. First, the console was shipped in a few days, so it was functional in my living room right away. The product itself - just terrific. Strong substantial piece - very nice looking and well designed. Love the sliding glass doors. A lot of space for equipment and dvds. Looks beautiful on its own wall. My husband is handy, so it was assembled without a hitch in around 1 - 1.5 hours. An incredible value - such a beautiful, quality piece of furniture for the relatively modest price.

Perfect!
I purchased the Farrow 65 Media Console for my living room and couldn't be happier with it! It required assembly, but the instructions were clear and and easy to follow. Bonus - all the parts were included! Once assembled, the piece is a beautiful addition to my living room. The finish is high quality, the console doors slide effortlessly, and the construction is solid. The design is contemporary and clean. It's the perfect media solution! Love it!

Great Media Center
Media center is great - easy to put together, functions well and looks fabulous. Only downside is the depth of the inside. Some of my equipment goes right to the back of the unit and there is no way to plug in the cords that connect to other devices. I had to saw several holes in the back so the cords could plug in and connect the devices to each other.
Overall - a great piece that I am very glad I bought.

Terrific Media Console
After doing extensive research, considering my price point and reading online reviews, I decided on the Farrow 65" console. I absolutely do not regret my decision to purchase this piece of furniture, which looks terrific in my living room.
A few comments:
- Bought it for my 46" flat screen and house my A/V receiver, cable box, Xbox, cable modem, wireless router and cordless phone. I was able to use the left and center cabinets for these items and right cabinet for DVDs, etc. Based on TV size and my desire for some storage, I would not have been happy with the 52" version of the console.
- Agree with other customers that it seems to scratch a bit on the easy side.
- You will definitely want to put felt pads underneath the rubber corners of your flat screen TV stand to prevent damage to the top surface.
- Disagree that it was difficult to assemble. It was not simple, but was able to do it in an hour and half from the time I opened the shipping box; there was one part of assembly that I recommend you have a second person for. If you do use a power screwdriver, make sure that you are careful to not over tighten the screws or damage the wood. The most difficult part was arranging and wiring my equipment cleanly, which will be the case with any console you purchase.
This terrific console is sturdy and looks beautiful… especially for the price. When it comes to furniture like this, just remember that you get what you pay for.

Looks and feels good
A couple of things to reiterate from other comments I've read:
- It does look good, appears to be of good quality, and feels very sturdy. I like it a lot and it fits in well in our apartment. We have a 46" LCD and there's enough room on the surface to place two front speakers beside the TV.
- It is very laborious to assemble. But I did it alone without using power tools. So if you have someone helping you and use power tools, you may have an easier time than I did. If I had to do it again I'd ignore the recommendation in the instructions to not use power tools.
One thing I'll add is that if you plan to put an A/V receiver in one of the shelves:
- The depth is not sufficient for most when you factor in the connections to plug into the back. The spec for this unit says it has a 20" depth but with the front doors and the back wood panel it's more around 17". With most receivers being around 15-16" in depth you will not have enough room for the wires and to give it room to release heat unless you remove the front doors, which are a major part of what makes this a nice-looking product for my taste.
- The height when putting the shelf in the standard middle notch is also too low for most standard receivers. I believe it's about an 8" clearance but most A/V receivers are almost 7" in height. Not a big deal to lower it but then the bottom shelf on that side won't really be able to do much.
Also, the bottom shelves are partially covered by the outer bevel. If you wind up needing to place your electronics there, if they have inputs in their lower front panels, they will be blocked.

good looking but hard to assemble
it is a very good looking media console but very hard to assemble. we are done assembling it but the last front door is not staying in place, if somebody who already assembled it can give me a tip thatwould be wonderful. it looks very sharp and is good quality as well but assemble is a pain

Beautiful but time consuming to assemble
This media console is beautiful after it's assembled. However, even though this media console is straight forward in the assembly instructions, due to the number of pieces and the number of screws that you'll need to tighten, it's a very time consuming process. I highly recommend having a power tool to help make this easier and quicker. I did it with a power tool and after the assembly I can't imagine anyone doing it by hand.

Beautiful
I purchased this 62" media stand online without seeing it in-store. When it arrived we assembled it and it was perfect. It's a good quality and the size is great for our 47" flat screen. It fits our style and we have had many compliments on it from friends and family.

Looks great, but the instructions were awful
My dad, who is extremely handy, assembled this for us and he was cursing the instructions. The drawings on the instructions were not helpful, he said, and simple stickers noting "front" and "back" on the main pieces would have been very helpful.
On the plus side, the entertainment center is very beautiful. Hopefully it will hold up better than the old C&B entertainment center we had!
We also purchased the Tambe espresso side and coffee table and it all works very well together.

Great Entertainment Center!
Just got this and put it together. It looks great and is very solidly built. It is definitely a two person job to put together because of its size and weight. The instructions were pretty good and it probably took us around 2 hours to put it together. We have a 55" tv sitting on top of it and it fits perfectly with room to spare on the sides. It looks more expensive than it costs. We only saw the smaller version in person at a store and decided to order the larger version since we have a 55" tv. I would highly recommend this entertainment center.

Excellent Fit to my living room
This is an excellent fit to my contemporary living room. My older 50 DLP fits perfect and has plenty of space to accommodated my front speakers. It took about 1 hr and 45 minutes to put together. The only issue was a small scratch on the frame of the front (not sure if it was there from shipping or was a product of the assembly). It would be nice if it came with a small tube of matching stain to repair minor scratches. Although the back has plenty of slots for cables and wires, easier back access (sliding back panel) would make connecting AV components a little easier.

Farrow Media
Just received this yesterday and I love it!
Ordered it on Saturday and it was at my house by Wednesday. They said it would take 2-4 weeks but it only took a few days!
Easy to put together.
Color is a nice rich brown. Quality is excellent and it looks fabulous in our family room with our flat screen on top of it.
Would recommend this to everyone!
