Sturdy, Simple Elegance
I've been looking for a nightstand of a certain height for some time now, having all things considered this was my best bet, and has worked out perfect. One was ordered online, just for precautions sake. It was assembled without difficulty (and I'm a single woman with limited skills in that regard). Total assembly time for me was slightly over an hour ( with a phillips screwdriver BTW). The finished product was without flaw, very sturdy, with rich color and is a beautiful addition to my bedroom. Needless to say the second was ordered shortly after, and I now have the pair!

Beautiful bedroom
We had been looking for a bed room set for awhile and finally decided on the Brighton collection, it is wonderful. The style is very modern but with nice solid wood and classic touches. We started with only one nightstand because of space concerns, but recently purchased the second to finish the room. We get many complements and I would definitly recommend this set to others.

Very Nice Product
I've had this nightstand for awhile now. It is really a great addition to the room. The piece has solid construction and brings an understated elegance to the room.

Looks great
I have the whole Brighton collection; it looks great, just need to be aware that the boxes come packed with a LOT of styrefoam that you need to plan to get rid of.

Just received a set of these to complement our red oak bed and am so happy with how they look! There are the perfect height and were easy to put together. Would recommend for sure!

Quality and cost effective
Table looks good next to bed, high enough for high matress and frame. Table is a nice quality wood especially for a ready to assemble pice. Great storage, drawer opens and closes easily.

Spacious and easy to assemble
Though it comes in four different boxes and looks daunting, it is actually very easy to assemble. The directions are clear. It's a very well made piece and looks great in the room.

Great Price for Great furniture
This nightstand is on the lower end of the price spectrum at Crate and Barrel and yet it is a sturdy, solid piece of furniture with a great finish. It was easy to assemble, and it simply looked great next to our king size, tall bed. Don't be fooled by the pictures: it's actually larger than it looks. The drawers open and close smoothly and I still have great space for books and other boxes on the two bottom mini shelves. I am very satisfied with this purchase, it looks great and it provides me with more than enough storage space for a nightstand.

Good quality
Good quality, easy to assemble. Two quibbles: (1) Instructions don't always match the materials, which is confusing (eg instructions refer to dowels on the drawers, but there are no dowels nor holes for them; and (2) there are stickers (some relevant for assembly, some not) on the wood that don't peel off well. Although the stickers are ion the underside of the wood, so they won't show, if you want them off, it's a hassle to get them off without damaging the finish.

Excellent Value
I am absolutely delighted with the quality of this nightstand. I wasn't holding my breath that it would work given the price. But thought I would give it a chance, with the thought that I could return it if necessary. That wasn't necessary. The nightstand is very solid and rich looking. It absolutely does not look like a $200 item. In addition, it was easy to put together and my hubby and I are not handy folks. The only negative - there is an odd, fairly strong smell inside the drawer. Maybe from glue or finish? I figure the smell will go away eventually and I am so willing to put up with it given how much I love the looks and construction of the nightstand.

Excellent value, easy to assemble, looks great!
All I can say is "WOW". Honestly, I love them even more in person...the finish is dark and glossier in person - they definitely look more expensive than the price tag. I purchased two to flank a black, iron framework bed and they look stunning. Also, do not be nervous about the assembly part...directions were clear and all you need (and know how to use) is a phillips-head screwdriver (I'm only mildly handy and I could handle it by myself). The 1st one took an hour, the 2nd maybe 30 minutes - once I got the hang of it. I would recommend these without hesitation to anyone who will listen! I am one happy customer!!!

Read the reviews; bought with confidence. Product arrrived very well-packaged and undamaged. All pieces fit together perfectly, fasteners aligned, etc. No missing parts. Pieces beautifully finished; very high quality & attractive finished product. Completely satisfied! Next up is the 6-drawer dresser!

awesome night stand
This night stand is super sturdy and made of really nice wood. It was very easy to put together. I highly recommend it. It looks great with the rest of our set.

This is surprisingly nice quality furniture, heavy and sturdy when assembled and very attractive. The instructions are explicit and easy to follow. It goes together easily and quickly. I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet so can't comment on the finish quality but I am hoping for the best based on other reviews. I bought the bed, chest and storage drawers after seeing quality of this piece.

Just what I wanted!
These tables are the perfect size. We have a thick mattress with a box spring so most nightstands are too short. Not only was this one tall enough, but it is also very functional and sturdy.
Our tables arrived very well packed and were easy to assemble. The drawers glide very smoothly.
We love the Brighton collection and purchased these two tables after purchasing the dresser. Next up - king size bed!

Good Quality Nightstands
I purchased 2 of the Brighton Nightstands and am very pleased. I also have the Westbrook duvet cover and these items go very well together. They were not too difficult to assemble and are very sturdy. They do tend to scratch easier than I would have expected, so we are careful with items we place on the nightstands. I would recommend these!

Been Looking for This
I have been looking for a night table just like this one for over 5 years. Most of the ones I had seen were 2 to 3 times the cost of this one. The table has clean lines that will go with almost any decor. The assembly instructions were great and I had no trouble assembling the table. The drawer moves smoothly and quietly -- a good feature for a bedside table! I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Tons of Storage
This nightstand offers so much storage room. The piece is very substaintial in size and with two shelves and one drawer, I have plenty of room to organize my books, magazines and other items that can look messy next to the bed. I have two of the nightstands next to my king size Brighton bed and the porportion looks great. Slightly more difficult to put together (over the other Brighton items I ordered) due to the number of pieces. The dark color definately makes dust easy to see.

Sturdy, but NOT durable!
Purchased the entire Brighton Bedroom set two months ago (king bed, 2 nightstands and chiffrobe). While it is sturdy, the finish on the product is inconsistent and not durable at all. The surface scratches extremely easily and is already showing wear after just two months. Probably okay for a dorm room or college apartment, but not the quality I expected for the price.
