Worth the Wait!
I had been looking for a sectional sofa for over two years at all of the major retailers without any luck. Its really hard to find a modern clean lined sofa without it being too stiff and formal. We were looking for a comfotable sofa that did not look like a bean bag chair. The 'Lounge' was on the top of my list and when the 15% sectional sale came around and I saw the new upholstery that came out on it this year I was sold! The woven tweed and stock color it comes in is really nice. We have had it only about 3 months - but we love it. The only issue we had was delivery. They delivered on time within a week, but they were rushing and installed the sectional clip (what holds our chaise to the sofa) incorrectly. There are specific places to install the clip under the sofa and instead they drilled holes in different places and at an angle. My husband had to remove and reinstall them. Besides that, we are completely satisfied and it was worth the wait.

So far so good
We had the sofa delivered 2 months ago for our family room. It gets a good bit of use. The cushions aren't as firm as they were when it got delivered but it was too firm so now it is very comfortable. I looked for a sectional for about a year before purchased and test drove one in a store a few times before purchasing. The one in the store never sagged and I imagine that one got a lot more use than ours so I'm hopeful that this sofa will hold up for a long time. We ordered a custom fabric and it did take longer than expected to receive it (4 months)

Purchased this sofa in January 2012. Extremely comfortable and great for having company.

Made in the USA
I purchased this product because I noticed it was made in the USA. I had three stock-plus pieces made to order and everyone who comes over says the same thing- "this must have cost a lot of money!" (which it did) but it was worth it. It looks beautiful - It's comfortable - I could change the configuration - I am very happy...

Disappointing at best
My husband and I purchased this sofa for our family room and with only light use by two adults (we are not obese) the cushions are noticeably flat and not holding up well. We called the store after one year and they sent a cushion technician out to inspect. He concluded that the worst cushion, which happened to be the long cushion, should be replaced. Unfortunately, he wouldn't conclude the same about our other cushions which have barely any support. He replaced the long cushion but after another year, it too resembles the rest of the cushions. Minimal support, indentations from sitting and overall flat cushions are not what I expected from this couch. We do flip the cushions regularly but it just isn't holding up to our expectations. It is uncomfortable to sit on cushions with substantial indentations. I will not be purchasing upholstered furniture from Crate and Barrel again. We are disappointed, at best....
