best comfy couch ever!!
i loved this couch and did not want to get off when i saw it at c&b. shopped for months and always came back and we are so happy we purchased it. my friends and family fight for a spot on this couch as well as my puppies. easy to clean and so soft.

it is LOWWWWW
Yes, it is comfortable. Yes, it is soft and the fabric is easy to clean. But a lot of sofas are comfortable without being an awkwardly large size. Yes, it's great for tall people because their long legs are supported. But no, they are not happy trying to climb out of it. Yes, you can have lots of pillows so that normal sized people don't have to perch on the edge daintily or slump back. But if you don't happen to sit just right where those cushions are, there is some awkward shuffling around. If you have young kids, those extra cushions are too much fun to move around. Polite guests end up sitting uncomfortably because they don't know how to sit on this sofa.
Also, since the cushions can't be flipped, they get deformed easily. Our middle one has a squashed pancaked edge, probably from normal sized people perching daintily since it is too hard to sit far enough back.

Amazing Couch
We purchased this couch in November for our new apartment. It is by far the most comfortable couch I have ever slept or sat on! When we have guests' over they prefer to sleep on it just because it is so comfortable. It is easy to vacuum and the cushions look as good today as the day we bought it. I highly recommend this couch to anyone looking for something both modern and comfortable. Great pick Crate and Barrel!

The Perfect Couch!!!
My wife and I searched for months to find "the" couch we loved. We were searching for the instant comfort feel. A nice deep couch to sink into, even for me (6' - 1"). This is the couch, you will not be disappointed. Its all there, quality, comfort, and style. A+++

Beautiful sectional, very comfy but HUGE. Looks smaller in pictures and in store but inside your home it can take up lots of room.

We love this big couch
This couch is big, comfy and beautiful. I especially love the chaise, it's so comfortable to lay in and put your feet up. A few food stains easily came off with just a damp cloth but I wouldn't use anything other than water. I have pulled out some feathers that were sticking out but only a few. The only thing I don't like about the couch is that only the middle cushion is flippable so you can use both sides if you notice wear. The two ends cushions are shaped in a way that they can't be flipped. Still, we love this couch and highly recommend it.

Lounge
I love my lounge sectional! I ordered it in Pewter, it came as promised in 8 weeks, the delivery guys were very nice. This sofa is so beautiful, looks clean and modern, yet incredibly soft and comfortable. I love modern furniture but hate the stiif uncomfortable aspect. This was the perfect compromise, looks awesome and the kids and I can all watch a movie in comfort. Just buy it dont waste your time looking around, nothing compares!

Best Couch Ever
The Lounge sectional was at the high end of our price range but it was soo worth it. We got it in grey, which is a custom color but looks fabulous. The couch is the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on - so comfortable that some guests have opted to sleep on it rather than an air mattress. It is also very easy to clean - just a little bit of dishwashing soap and water will do the trick.

Comfy Couch
This couch is extremely comfortable...especially for me. I am 6'-8" tall and this is the first couch I've found that I am truly comfortable on. The bottom cushions are a bit large and you sometimes feel like you might sink between two pillows, but other than that, it's great. My wife is 5'-2" and she loves it as well.

Love it!
We love this piece! Despite the bad reviews on the feathers we actually worked around it! We put small thin blankets in between the cushions. We have had no problems! The couch is so COMFY!!!

Be Careful!
Cushions in this sofa are very hard after and hour or two sitting on it. Very cheap quality. Hard to tell when sitting on it for 5 minutes in the store.
I waited a few days over the 7 day return, so instead of the 20% restock fee, i will have all the cushions replaced elsewhere.

My entire family loves loves this sectional. We have two young kids and 3 dogs. It cleans very well, have yet to have an actual stain. All of our guests really like it. It is cozy and makes people feel like they can relax! I would not recommend this for a "sitting" room due to the deep seating. However, it is wonderful in a family / TV room where friends and family join to relax!

Dont waste your time or money VERY Uncomfortable
I thought this was my dream couch turns out it is a nightmare. Let me start off by saying the deliver and set up was great very professional and fast. That being said let me give a short list of the bad...
1. FEATHERS FEATHERS FEATHERS everywhere. If you enjoy getting stuck by the down inside the pillows your going to love this couch. I dont understand how they dare call this downproof ticking. I pull more feathers out of the pillow than you would by plucking a chicken.
2. The "suede" fabric gets so hot its uncomfortable.
3. So deep you can not have company just sit in it. Please dont think this is comfortable for any guests you might have unless your planning on laying doen with them.
4. I have had this couch for 4 months and have broken in all the cushions and have had to replace 1 of them... I mean really? (dont get me wrong C&B will send them to you for free)
NOT what I would ever keep. Dont waste your time or money

Best Couch Ever
I got the full sectional...best purchase I made this year. I have had it for about 3 months and absolutely love it. It's deep spacious and very attractive looking...I have only received great feedback from my guests, and my brothers love to sleep on it when they visit after a long night out. It essentially acts as 2 twin beds (though I recommend throwing a sheet over it to protect it if someone is sleeping on it). Best of all is it's durability. I spilled a little wine on it by accident and it wiped right off without a stain.

We have guests WANT to sleep on it!
This couch is fantastic. It is the most comfortable couch I've ever been on and yet it still can look tailored & put together. We debated between this and the PB Pacific sectional and I'm glad we went with the lounge sectional. The chaise is perfect, the fabric is so soft and it's huge (a bit over 10' long).
We have a large adult Weimaraner and sometimes his drool gets on the cushions and dries there. All you have to do is get a damp microfiber cloth, rub it and it's gone.
I can't say enough about this couch.

Teens Favorite Purchase
My 16 year old daughter chose this sofa for our basement and claims it's the best purchase we ever made! Our teens love to watch movies from this sofa, often piling up to 8 friends on it at one time! My husband and I love the fabric! We can easily wipe off ALL spills! My friends rave about the comfort of this sofa and many are now considering purchasing one for their homes as well!

Wonderful Peace and Comfort
I have to honestly say that this couch is wonderful. I have owned it now for 3 months and has been something that I look forward to sitting on when I come home from work every day. The quality is superb. I don't have a main floor family room, so we watch TV in our living room. The "Lounge" couch gives us the family room comfort with the living room look.

So comfortable!
This is the best couch we've ever purchased. It's enormous, our entire family can sit on it and then some! The easy to clean fabric is great, we just vacuum it off, and occasionally spot clean. Great for families with children/pets.

comfy and cosy
I purchased this sofa, a month ago along with moulin rouge rug, the guys delivered and set up the sofa and rug in exactly the right position.
The sofa is so comfortable, great for lounging in your sweats at the weekend or sitting up watching the nightly news.
Would recommend this sofa.
