Very comfortable, durable sofa
Despite the feathers poking every now and then, my friends and I just love this couch because it's SO comfortable, extremely roomy, and very deep. I'm about 5'6" and only my ankles and feet hang off of the sofa, which I consider the best furniture purchase that I've made. Aesthetically, I prefer a more sculpted look, but the sofa is nice and clean looking. Due to the length, it might be difficult to fit into a small apartment.
I purchased the 93" Lounge Sofa three years ago, so the filling may have differed then. I do have to flip the cushions every few months or so, but overall I think the cushions hold up well. The fabric has even survived wine!

Simply Beautiful
This sofa is just beautiful and super comfy!!! It’s big enough to seat 3 comfortably, and big enough to take a nice good nap!! Loved it!! =D

Nice but well not worth it!
I agree with some of the other people who have wrote reveiws about this couch. Yes its nice and "pretty" as my fiancee says. But its not the same as the one in store. They have to be using different cushions than what you really get. I have had ths couch for about a year and it's already time to try and order new cushions or buy a new couch. And yes the middle is missing support. Also, i'm sick of being poked by feathers!!!! Sorry kinda rambling but to sum up- Don't waste your time buying if your going off the one in store.

I too am disappointed.
Like every other reviewer has mentioned, you can really get comfortable on this couch. However, the comfort has decreased significantly since I purchased it one year ago. The cushions have lost their fullness, and despite switching all the cushions weekly as recommended, they are unevenly worn. The areas next to the arms sit much higher than the middle of the couch. It's almost like the couch slopes in toward the center. Also, the back cushions look deformed, I suppose from leaning back against them. Another complaint - I am constantly finding feathers poking out of the cushions. I am really disappointed in this piece - I was expecting to have it for a long time, but I'm already thinking that in a few years I will need to buy a new sofa. Also, to anyone thinking of buying this over the internet - the color shown (ale) looks different in person, at least to my eye. It's more tan in real life than it is on the screen (where it looks almost beige). I bought mine in person, so I didn't have that problem, but I thought it warranted a mention.

Did the filling change?
I have been looking at this sofa for over a year now. I fell in love the first time I saw it in the store because it was SO soft and comfortable. I finally pulled the trigger and bought it when it went on sale and received it today. I must say... I'm a little disappointed. It feels NOTHING like it did when I sat in it in the store. The cushions are really hard and they don't seem to give at all. Did Crate & Barrel change the filling? It seems completely different. Maybe it takes a little time to get worn in? If I had sat on the one I received today in the store, I would have never purchased it.

We love it
We searched for months for the right sofa for our apartment. The criteria was high because it had to fit in our NYC living room, be very comfortable, be able to fit both my husband and I comfortably on it (he is 6'4), and not look like a stuffed 80's sofa. We are thrilled with it, love the fabric it is so soft and cozy and all of our friends dive right for it when they come over. I adore that I can sit Indian style on it as well, it is so deep that the possibilities are endless. We've had guests sleep on it as well. I agree that occasionally I notice some feathers pop up, but so far nothing too dramatic.

Good but
First of all, this is of course, a very comfy couch, as everyone has mentioned. I love that I can still indian style and "really lounge". Here are my disappointments, especially since this is the most expensive thing I've ever purchased for my apartment.
the couch sags in the center slightly when someone sits anywhere but right by the arm. We have a computer table that scoots under the couch, and if someone sits, it doesn't fit anymore.
the cushions are always sliding forward. every day we have to re-place these big pillows because they have traveled.
The feather poking situation is really bad in the throw pillows. Is it the worst pain in the world, or the most annoying thing to pull out the feathers? No, but I shouldn't associate couches with pain or annoyance at all.
forget about sitting in the middle of this couch, you'll be sucked between the cushions. Am I missing some middle bar in the center of the couch? I must be, I can't believe no one else has mentioned this.
Again, I love this couch, and I better because I'll never get another couch up my stairs, but I think I was expecting no kinks

Great customer service
We bought the lounge sofa and chair and a half back couple months ago. We had a little issue with the sofa and the customer service team really made sure that our problem was fixed. They had to order another sofa to replace the one that we had a problem with. They called every couple of weeks to provide updates, and in end called again to make sure we were happy with the final product. This is outstanding customer service and I will not hesitate to purchase future products from them.

Great style; comfort wanes
We bought this sofa a year ago for the size -- we really love the depth and length of this sofa, as well as the style. Our one complaint, however, is the foam cushioning really has lost its comfort. The inner sides of the cushions (where most people tend to sit on this sofa at our house) seem to have decreased in loft, and are so thin when you sit now, giving no support at all. We're at the point of looking into getting the sofa re-cushioned after just one year -- perhaps this time with spring cushions that will hopefully last much longer. Also, there seems to be an endless supply of feathers escaping from the pillows, and can be uncomfortable when the resting against the quills.

Best Sofa Ever
After months of searching for a sofa, my husband and I kept coming back to this one. I think the main reason was that we could both lay on the sofa comfortably w/o falling off or having an arm go numb because we were "squished"." We finally bought the lounge sofa and after what seemed like forever waiting for delivery (only because we were anxious) the best sofa ever came to live with us. The dog, cat, husband and I can all fit on this sofa without a problem. I cut myself, got blood on the sofa, and it came out w/ soap and water. Not only is it beautiful, modern and clean lined but it's also practical and easy to keep clean. I have a shedding dog and cat and the hair doesn't stick to this sofa. Anyway, I love it and would recommend it to anyone. (Well anyone I like that is)

Awesome couch!
We ABSOLUTELY LOVE this couch. It is THE MOST comfortable couch I have ever sat on. We love lounging around and sitting or taking naps on it. It is soft, comfortable, and we can even nap together. If you like to lay down and watch movies while snuggling with your sweetie, this is the best couch in the world. We can't wait to get the matching chair and complete our living room.

Worth every penny!
My fiance and I absolutely love this sofa! It has extra deep seat cushions, perfect for lounging. Also, the 93'' sofa is big enough for several people to comfortably sit. So comfy!

Absolutely wonderful!
This couch is everything my husband and I wanted. The microfiber material is so soft and resists stains. This couch is great to take naps on because of how deep it is. We were borrowing a couch from family that barely fit through the doors at our apartment which had us worried that this one wouldn't fit, but the height really is only 25" (without the cushions which are removable).

Best Couch... Comfy and Soft!
My friend got this couch and I LOVE visiting her and sitting on it. It is a bit expensive but worth it, I am saving up to purchase one myself. It is a little scary to purchase a couch because you never know how comfortable it will be after being used for awhile. But this couch is still in great condition and is still super comfy after 7 months.

BEST COUCH EVER!
I LOVE THIS COUCH! It fits me and 2 friends along with my dog comfortably. It is deep and low and super comfortable. I purchased the charcoal gray 93" and it is a perfect center piece for my contemporary living room. This couch is huge and spacious. I have already recommended it to many of my friends!

Love it!
We absolutely love this couch! We were looking for a couch that my 6'5" husband could fit comfortably on and we found it. He can actually lay head to toe inside the arm rests. I like that is is so deep so I can really curl up in it. When you take the cushions off the back, it doubles as a twin bed. We bought this in conjunction with the large chair that is hard to stay awake in and the ottoman which holds all of our DVD's. The set is really soft and looks very modern without sacrificing comfort. My only complaint is that the feathers poke out of the fabric every now and then.

family couch
I love this couch because it is soft and comfortable. The size is great for my great room and we can all fit comfortably. I have 3 children who like to cuddle so after a long day this is where we like to be as a family and watch a great movie.

EXCELLENT SOFA
I bought this sofa for its size and comfort. Everyone comments on how comfortable it is when they are over. While it does look big, I live in a 1300 SF townhome and it fits in perfectly. It actually is deceiving as you may think its too big for a small space but actually it looks fantastic :) I have the dark brown velvet fabric and a dog. Its been over a year and the fabric still looks lush and clean.

Everything We Wanted
My husband and I spent quite a long time visiting different stores looking for the right sofa set for our living room. Nothing was quite right because I have rather long legs and wanted something I could lie down and really relax on, and we wanted a dark brown, preferably stain resistant, high quality set we could enjoy for a long time. At some point we realized that we kept sitting down on this sofa on display whenever we were discussing what was wrong with the others; somehow we had overlooked it as an option because we initially had wanted a sectional. But it turned out to be just perfect. The style is modern but understated enough that I can easily redecorate the room around it. The extra deep cushions are soft but not so squishy that you sink to the frame. It's perfect for reading, watching TV, gaming, or any kind of prolonged sitting. And I love how I can use it without getting nervous about spills when I have a party. Everything cleans off of it so easily, it looks like new even though we have had it more than a year. We got the chair and a half and storage ottoman as well, equally impressive. I can't recommend this set enough. Now that it is available as a sectional as well, I will be getting it in another color for my family room.
