Great cookware!

Great Purchase
We like our new Calphalon Nonstick Griddle. We use it literally everyday and so far it is holding up very nicely. I gave this 4 stars only because of the pan's size...it's huge! I ordered it online and obviously didn't read the dimensions! oops. Other than that, extremely happy with the quality and performance of this piece.

If my friend who is a restaurant owner and his new wife wanted this for their wedding gift it has to be good. He called me right after recieving it by mail and was very glad he got it. I also spoke to his culinary director and father-in-law who both said for everyday use it was the best on the market. Thank you Crate and Barrel for making me look good to a very good friend and his new wife.

The Best!
This cookware set is the best I have ever used. Everything cooks even and they are easy to clean up. Will purchase additional pieces.

Easy Use and Clean-up
The Calphalon non-stick products make cooking eggs, meats, and everything in between a breeze. I oiled the products with olive oil first, as suggested, and have yet to have anything stick after multiple uses. Foods slide out as if they were never in the pan in the first place. Clean-up is so easy with just a little hot water and mild soap that I've never had to use the dishwasher option or scrape food particles. I love the fact that the finish doesn't discolor with use of heat too like some of my AC stainless steel. My favorite Calphalon piece is the 12" non-stick Unison skillet. I will definitely be adding more non-stick pieces to my collection...specifically from this non-stick line.

Beautiful
This is our 2nd set from Calphalon. We initially had the copper set and it was too much maintenance, so we ended up sending it back and buying this set. It is so easy to clean, and nothing sticks to it at all. Even better is you can put it in the dishwasher. Its great for a family on the go.

Best Cookware Out There!
I purchased the Calphalon Unison 8-piece set with double bonus about 6 weeks ago and have been so pleased. While I do think the pans are heavy, I don't find them too heavy for cooking and it's well worth the superior quality of the set. They cook evenly and quickly, the sear non-stick really works to pull flavor out without having food stuck to the bottom, and the slide non-stick is unbelievable! I wish Crate & Barrel sold the 2 qt. pot though...please add it to your store! It's definitely an investment, but I recommend this to anyone looking for a versatile set that's going to last a long time and be perfect in all cooking situations.

Unison is The Bomb
I ordered several Unison pieces, and I love them. They conduct heat extremely well and are super easy to clean. I plan to buy some saucepans as well.

Good Product
I really like the new Calphalon Unison cookware and have purchased quite a few pieces of this.
This product is the first I know of that is dishwasher safe and was a major reason for selecting Calphalon's new Unison line.

Better than Expected
After frequent use we can say this cookware is exceptional. The sear pans have been especially useful and easy to use and clean up afterwards. The pans heat evenly and quickly. the cooking process is easily controlled. These are the best pans we have yet to own and use.

Just Perfect.
I'd always wanted a decent non-stick skillet I could put in the dishwasher -- and now, with Calphalon Unison, I have it! It's not incredibly heavy, but the aluminum is thick enough to cook things quickly and beautifully. I'm beyond buying whole expensive sets of cookware, but I love this purchase.
