Love this basket
This is a quality basket. It is not only an attractive serving piece, but doubles as a decorative accessory on a display shelf in my newly-renovated kitchen. I like it so well that I plan to also buy the larger size.

Large basket not really "large" but nice size
We received the large basket at our bridal shower - I don't think you can really call this basket "large" but it is a nice size for some dinner rolls

The best!!
I was searching on line and in the stores to find the perfect panera bread and I found it!! It has the perfect size and the best quality! I bought the big one and it's beautiful! If you are looking for something like this... just buy it!! You will love it!!!

When these baskets arrived I confess I did think they were smaller than I'd imagined. That being said, the measurements are provided on the website.
The smaller one would be perfect for crackers, and the larger one would do bread or rolls for about 4-6 people. You might have to keep topping it up depending on how hungry people are, but I think they're pretty decent sizes and I hope they last a while.

I purchased the bigger basket and have not been disappointed. I use it for crackers when entertaining and bread at the dinner table. Good quality and beautifully crafted.

Small and Overpriced
I was disappointed in the quality and size of the "Large Basket". It's a fairly small basket ... acceptable for rolls for a family of 4. It feels stiff and brittle, like it's held together with a layer of glue. It's definitely not worth the price.

too small
I purchase 2 of the large baskets for a gift and I still think that they are too small. For the price I do not think the quality is that good and if there was a store close to my home, I would have returned them. I did not want to pay another $10.00 to ship them back.

Good Baskets
I purchased a set of these baskets for all the miscellaneous stuff that accumulates on my kitchen counters. They look sturdy and I like the contrast of the two different textures.

Crumb bowl
The small bread bowl is WAY too small to be considered a bread bowl. You might be able to fit 2 rolls in it. My husband is now using it to hold his keys and cell phone. That's about all we can fit into it.

Perfect Size for Bread or Chips!
I used this for bread and for Tortillia Chips - I just line the basket with a napkin or two and its a very nice way to present more than just bread. I'm very pleased with the quality too.

Cute table accessory with a purpose
I bought the large bread basket and have received a lot of compliments! Since I underestimated the amount of bread my guests consume, I will have to purchase a second one! This also looks nice on my Sloane bookcase!

Artisian Baskets
We have several of the baskets and use them on the dinner table for bread or biscuits. We have also used them for crackers. They are attractive and sturdy and seem like they will last a long time. The handles come in handy to grab them off a shelf or to transport them to the table. We have gotten many compliments on them and always refer people to Crate and Barrel so they can buy their own. We are very pleased with this product.

Excellent Buy!
I love to entertain guests and cook homemade pastries and biscuits. I saw this bread basket while window shopping a while back. I went to 4 or 5 different stores to find a nice bread basket and I drove all the way back to San Francisco to buy this basket. I also bought a few different color/patterend napkins to place in the basket as an added accessory. This was definitely worth it because I get compliments all the time.
