Wusthof® Classic 9 Carver-Slicer Knife is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from pretty good This is the first carving knife I've ever owned, so I don't have much basis for comparison. However, I find this to work pretty well for carving. I used it to cut butternut squash because it was the sharpest knife I had. After a 8 months, I felt it already needed sharpening - and I do not use it that often. I guess it's just because I use it for things its not meant for. In all, I think its a good knife to have. Wustoff is definitely a top name in knives.
