Not a fan
I've never been able to slide this board under a pizza to get it out of the oven. Also, after slicing the pizza on the board, the pizza wheel cut the wood and now there are gashes in the surface.
I gave it two stars instead of one because the side without the gashes is fine as a display board for cheese and crackers.

Puts pizza in the oven
I use this to put homemade pizza onto the pizza stone in the oven. A light coating of cornmeal between the peel and the dough makes it slide right off. Once the pizza is done, this peel is the perfect giant spatula to get it out of the oven. It cleans well and mine is still in terrific shape.
