the lids are not functional
i didn't like these at all. the lids do not come off easily and so spills happen easily. definitely not something i would recommend.

Not So Microwave Safe
I loved these bowls until one of them (5.25") cracked in half after being microwaved (no lid) for only one minute. They're nice but shouldn't claim to be microwave safe.

Great purchase
I have owned these for a few months now and still can't believe how great they are. I love that they stack inside each other, we have limited storage space in our kitchen. I never have to go searching for lids, that is so great. So far I haven't had any problem with staining either, the lids are a nice sheer white and I hope they stay that way! Very practical!

Most versitile
I bought these a year ago and use them all the time. They have held up beautifully, and so versatile. Freezer or refrig to oven. These are my go to containers when doing make-a-head meals and for travel.

Great product!
I love these bowls and am going back for another set.
They are the perfect sizes. The bowls wash well in the dishwasher and even come out sparkly clean (no water spots)!

Love these containers!
I love these containers. Not only are these excellent for leftovers, the bowls can easily be transported to work for lunches as well. Pefect for the microwave and easy to clean. I only wish the set came with more than just the 4.

Better than plastic!
I chose these because they are way better than plastic containers! The health risks with using and heating up plastic make it hard to us plastic containers. These are great because they are glass, dishwasher safe, and come in a multiple sizes!

Buy Multiple Sets
I love these so much I've bought multiple sets. The bowls are stylish, hold up well in the dishwasher, and the nesting feature can't be beat. I have broken one (that's what happens when you drop glass), but I'm so done with plastic.

I had purchased this item and really like them, so I wanted to share with my daughter. So I ordered 3 different sets for her. She had been buying other glass ones at the grocery store, but Mom had to treat her to ones from Crate and Barrel.

Perfect to Replace Plastic
I have wanted to get rid of my old plastic storage containers for some time because they are old, come in odd shapes and it is not safe to heat food in therm. I looked for glass containers for a while and was happy to find the ones I bought at Crate and Barrel. The quality is great, I can see what is stored in them and reheating food works well. They were not more expensive than others I considered and were delivered in perfect condition. I am very pleased and will buy more.

These were purchased from my registry for my wedding. From preparation, microwaving, serving, storing and reheating, they can be considered "all-in-one" kind of pieces.

Great Purchase
I bought this set over 12 years ago and am coming back to it to purchase again. My set has been reliable, easy to clean, and terrific sizing for any left overs. Only having to buy again as my daughter broke the middle size container and I want to replace. The others are all in great shape still after many uses and cycles through the dishwasher!

VERY disappointed
I had very high expectations for these bowls. I put them on my Christmas list and was happy to receive them. For being an item purchased at Crate and Barrel I would have expected more. I have used/washed 2 of the bowls and lids twice and now both lids are warped and don't fit properly on the bowl. I hand washed them both times so this should NOT happen. Also none of the bowls look to air tight when I put the lids on.

Great for storage, but watch out for the microwave
My husband and I received this set from our registry last year. We have been very happy with the set overall -- the nesting bowls are great for storage and look great. We have been using them almost daily. However, we were disappointed the one of the bowls recently broke in the microwave while reheating leftovers. The lid was not on, and the microwave was on for less than a minute when we heard the glass "pop" and the bowl broke in two pieces. It is disappointing that these microwave safe bowls don't always hold up. We will continue to use the remaining bowls, but I would be wary of buying them again in the future, as I would prefer my storage containers to be microwave safe.

terrific product
I was gifted a set of these several years ago and then later purchased the set of 12 small glass bowls. I find I use them all the time. I much prefer glass to plastic, as you can put it directly in the microwave; I also think food retains its taste better when stored in the refrigerator in glass.
I bought the taller set as well. They are a little harder to stack in the refrigerator due to their height, but work well for storing soup and other liquids.

Super Stackable
These take up almost no cabinet space, a welcome status with a product designed for storage. Look nice enough to serve casual food with as well.

Best Storage containers
Besides these storing nicely inside each other, the sizes are very convenient. The food stored in them look very appetizing with the clear glass, also! People at work are always asking where I got them. I will be getting a second set!

Great set
So nice to put leftovers in glass storage instead of plastic! I hand wash the plastic lids, but the smallest lid is warped and does not seal properly. Otherwise, this is a great set.

Perfect Bowl Set
I love this bowl set, we received these as a gift and weren't sure how we were going to use them at first. Now we use them all the time, I love serving from them and storing things in the fridge. I also use these as prep bowls when baking.
