A real "best buy"!
I had been looking for some time for wine glasses to (almost) match the ones I have been using for years.... to replace the ones that we've broken. These were a close match and are so reasonably priced yet attractive. I recommend them highly.

Great wine glasses!
I have loved these classic wine glasses for their shape, their size and their price is great! The stem is a bit delicate so be careful when drying them! They are our favorite wine glass!!

Love these....
I have been using the 12 ounce glasses as everyday wine glasses for over 2 years now and they are still perfect. Besides being sturdy (and I put them in the dishwasher), they are the perfect size and fit in the cabinet...unlike many others. I went to buy more today and ended up getting both the 12 and 16 oz. sizes, and MANY of them, as I was told they are soon going to be discontinuted!! Please, Crate and Barrel, DO NOT discontinue these wine glasses...;-)

Very Good
Its a nice big wine glass. I use it as my everyday red wine glass. Its a goblet. Give yourself a generous pour or not.

Great value
Glasses are elegant, without being overly delicate. We've had them for about 2 years, and have only broken one, which I assure you is quite an accomplishment in this house.

Fantastic Purchase
I thought these glasses were stylish in the pictures and my expectations were exceeded when I opened the box. I have received a number of compliments on them from friends and family. They are lightweight but not too fragile (sturdy enough for everyday use but can be used for special occasions as well) and look very nice in my wine glass rack. I do take the precaution of handwashing them. The price is also great. Definitely recommed these!!!

I love these glasses...
I've had a set of 4 red and 4 white Gala glasses for over 10 years. They've been great. First off, they're not huge like many wine glasses these days (which to me look like novelty joke glasses), they're good standard sizes. They glass isn't heavy or thick but delicate and graceful. With that in mind, you'd think I'd have broken some by now, but they're ALL intact. When it came to doing our wedding registry recently, we looked through all the glassware here and a number of 'fine crystal' and glassware elsewhere...and decided we liked these best of all. Oh yeah, and they're WICKED CHEAP. Under five bucks a glass? Awesome.

Perfect for entertaining
I purchased 15 of these glasses for casual entertaining. I started using them almost as soon as they were unpacked from the shipping box and I am grateful every time I reach for one. They are a great size, a light weight and attractive. They are so reasonably priced (I purchased them on sale), that I won't think twice when one gets dropped.

Value for Money
Been using these glasses for every day for 6+ years. This purchase was to top up those that have broken over the years. They are perfect for daily use, dishwasher and for red and white wine informal meals.

Broke within 2-3 months
We had these glasses on our wedding registry and 4 of them broke within a few months after receiving them. Very poor quality. You are getting exactly what you're paying for. I will be replacing them with higher quality C&B glasses.

Versatile Glasses
Found the 16 oz. glasses and they are so versatile. They are great for everyday use, but also look nice with my fine china. The 16 oz. size is perfect, too. Recommend.

Classic but fragile
These glasses are thin classic and beautiful. I love them but I don't have anyone clumsy drinking out of them because the glass is very thin and delicate. I like this in a wine glass but If you're not careful, these aren't for you.

LOVE these Wine Glasses
Purchased these as a treat to myself after starting a new job and moving into my first post-college place. I'd been eyeing them for years, but I didn't trust having them around college roommates and friends. They're perfect. Drinking wine out of quality wine glasses, makes the experience even more relaxing and wonderful!

Love these Glasses
I've been a big fan of these glasses for a long time and just the other week, I moved apt. and the movers broke a few of them. I was happy to be given the excuse to shop for them again. I also have some of the higher end ones that C&B carry but these are great for every day use.
